San Diego, CA (The Hollywood Times) 7/12/26 – There are certain hotels that immediately make you feel welcome, and the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego is definitely one of them.
I am thrilled to be returning to this beautiful waterfront property from July 15–17, 2026, while The Hollywood Times is in San Diego as a proud media partner of San Diego Pride.
This special stay came about after I was the highest bidder on a Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego hotel package at an HRC Orange County event. It was wonderful to support the important work of the Human Rights Campaign while also winning the opportunity to return to a hotel that I have truly enjoyed.
This will be my second stay at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego, and I could not be happier to return. The hotel offers beautiful waterfront views, spacious accommodations and a convenient downtown location near Seaport Village, the San Diego Convention Center and many of the city’s most popular destinations.
What makes a hotel especially memorable, however, is the way its guests are treated. I would like to personally thank the management of the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego and especially Jingle Eichler, who has been so incredibly kind, gracious and welcoming.

My hotel package also includes a generous $250 food-and-beverage certificate, and I am looking forward to experiencing more of the hotel’s dining options during our stay. The property offers several choices, including Sally’s Waterfront Dining, Top of the Hyatt, Seaview, The Landing, MARKET | ONE and the seasonal Coastline Pool & Lounge.
There is nothing better than returning after a busy day of Pride events, interviews and media coverage to enjoy a relaxing meal, beautiful views and the hospitality of a wonderful hotel.
The Hollywood Times is proud to once again serve as a media partner of San Diego Pride. The 2026 Pride Festival will take place July 18 and 19 at Marston Point in Balboa Park, bringing the community together for a weekend of celebration, visibility and entertainment.

My sincere thanks again to Jingle Eichler, the hotel management and the entire Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego team for their kindness and hospitality. I am looking forward to another memorable stay and to celebrating San Diego Pride with our readers, writers and community.
