Legendary rockers celebrate their first live album featuring the current lineup, release a new music video, and announce upcoming tour dates.

(The Hollywood Times) 10/31/26 – More than five decades after first bringing their signature blues-rock sound to audiences, legendary rock band FOGHAT is proving that rock ‘n’ roll is alive and louder than ever!

The band released LIVE & LOUD ACROSS THE U.S.A. on October 30 through Foghat Records, distributed by Select-O-Hits, a division of Sun Records. The album marks the first live release featuring the current lineup of founding drummer Roger Earl, guitarist Bryan Bassett, lead vocalist and guitarist Scott Holt, and bassist Rodney O’Quinn.

Recorded during the band’s 2024 and 2025 tours across America, the collection captures the energy, musicianship, and unmistakable blues-driven sound that have made FOGHAT a concert favorite since 1971.

To celebrate the release, the band also unveiled a new performance video for “I Just Want to Make Love to You,” the Willie Dixon blues classic that FOGHAT first recorded for its 1972 debut album. The video features vintage band photographs, tributes to Dixon, and memories from the group’s 2023 visit to the Blues Heaven Foundation in Chicago.

“I love playing with this band,” says founding drummer Roger Earl. “We have a blast on stage and off. These songs reflect how we enjoy making music together, and I love the fact that many of these songs have never been recorded live.”

The special triple-vinyl edition includes two gold records featuring live performances of fan favorites such as “My Babe,” “Road Fever,” “Sweet Home Chicago,” and “It Hurts Me Too.” A bonus red vinyl record features SHAKEN & STIRRED, the fan-favorite Earl & the Agitators project, available on vinyl for the first time.

And FOGHAT isn’t slowing down! The band continues touring throughout 2026 and into 2027, including announced spring dates with fellow classic rockers *
