Los Angeles is a city that is very aloof. When you think you have it all going on, you get knocked off your feet and when you have no expectations and just lay low you end up finding an amazing industry event, with amazing food, drinks, and the best swag bags. Let’s also not forget one of the most essential elements in comradery between entertainers. I have to report on an event that I went to this past weekend that had all these elements, and the most amazing aspect was it was FUN, INPSIRING AND FULFILLING. It’s been a minute since we all can come together as artist and celebrated success without any political and religious agendas being pushed on us. We just focused on ART, CREATIVITY and some adult R&R.
The event was at the newly remolded Beverly Center. Let me remind you all, I used to go to the Beverly Center in my undergraduate days in early 2000. It was the place to be seen, and all the industry was there. The event was for the “10 Year Anniversary of the brand and store Eighty-Five Eight Six” inside the Beverly center. As soon as I walked in the DJ was spinning all the best songs “DJ DINA RAE”. I loved her remixes. There was an open bar, and I drank the “8586 Margarita No 10 Edition” that @drnk.mason made me and nibbled on a delicious chicken salad sandwich from Nicolas Eatery which is an organic French-inspired cuisine inside the Beverly Center. I felt good.
I asked Jeremy Moore Owner of 8586 what is the meaning of those numbers and he said….
And then I told him what I thought it could mean, so my readers at “The Hollywood Times” you’re going to have to listen to see if I had the right answer on what 8586 means.

Jeremy Moore has been working in the apparel industry for 10 plus years. Hence this was a 10-year celebration. Jeremy vision and business is catered to the Millennial generation while also appreciating the early influences of our childhood. I have to say I was very impressed with Jeremy and his staff and more, so all his friends showed up for him. They always say to have a friend, YOU have to be a friend, and you could tell what kind of person Jeremy is. I could tell by his ingratiating personality with me and through our interview THAT THIS MAN IS THE REAL DEAL. The vibe was fun, and it was refreshing to meet all different types of talent that I was able to interview and learn things that I did not understand before.
