The W has undergone a complete transformation it’s redefining modern luxury in the heart of Hollywood. It has begun a new chapter for the brand in North America it’s just completed a $50 million renovation, and it is debuting the W Hotel Hollywood, and it unveils their signature restaurant THERE THERE a first-floor dining experience reminiscent of trendy LA culinary scene.
The Restaurant called “There There “is a dinner party brought to life and the menu is a love letter to LA ‘s popular food trends scene, drawing inspiration from the cities beloved flavors of Japan, Latin America and Korea.
There is also a trendy curated craft cocktail program which elevates the experience, and also showcases unique fruit ingredients like watermelon, lime and espresso with premium liquor in the spirit of the celebration of the reopening.
The official launch on May 15, 2025, invited media and food aficionados to attend the private dinner party where conversations and drinks were flowing all night long. The evening began with a toast of champagne on the outdoor patio of the new exclusive There There and launch their standout cocktails and shareable dishes of Mix & Mingle and Table Talk and Diner and a Show menu as a gathering place for creatives with passion for epicurean.
The launch of THERE THERE restaurant at the newly renovated W Hotel Hollywood menu included starters of popular A Crispy Japanese Rice with spicy tuna, and Forest mushroom Croquettes. Then Thai style chicken salad, a side dish of deviled eggs and House baked specialty bread.
The entrées were a selection of a cauliflower Pastor Donna, and a 16-ounce roasted Wild Striped Bass and their specialty version of There There Fried chicken nuggets with whipped smoked crème fraiche and caviar served on the side and also a specialty Ahi tuna roll called the There There Roll.
The dessert was divine white miso and green Matcha cheesecake a lovely arrangement of green matcha and white cheesecake and a specialty single tart Crème café and the absolutely delicious espresso martini.
During the evening the signature cocktails that were served, called Purple Haze infused with lavender agave and fee foam and Damn Good Margarita made with tangerine and carrot juice dry curaçao and orange butters and Fire and Ice Del Maguey Vida Mezcal watermelon purée habanero agave lime juice, the evening was a delicious launch of champagne toast , signature cocktails and trendy appetizers and popular diner a delicious success.
