The Way Home – “If You Could Read My Mind” Season 3 Finale Premieres Tonight, Friday, March 7, 9 pm ET/PT Streaming Next Day on Hallmark+ – Season 4 Confirmed TOO!

The three Landry women finally get answers to questions about the past, present and future. But a shocking discovery will propel them to search for more.

Thus far in the third season, which premiered Jan. 3, Alice travelled to 1974, the year her grandmother, Del, and her grandfather, Colton, fell in love. During her adventures, she uncovered that Colton knew about the pond and used it to go back in time twice as a teenager. Meanwhile, Kat jumped to 1816, the year without summer that almost devastated her hometown of Port Haven — and ran into Colton, who saved her brother Jacob’s life.

Looking ahead at the Season 3 ender, co-showrunner Heather Conkie told TVLine that the hour “is probably one of the most emotional [episodes] in the entire history of the show. We’re very proud of it… We can honestly say it answers a lot of questions.”

Be prepared all you “The Way Home” fans for the sit-on-the-edge of your seat drama, romance, twist and turns, reveals and so many surprises!  So many questions will be on your mind and you will have to watch it again and again.  You can also watch the series on Hallmark+ channel which is so worth the price. Don’t miss one second of season 3 finale tonight at 9p.m.  You will need to have a whole box of tissue placed on your lap and one next to you, as your might find that box of tissue that you had on your lap now on the floor, when you jump out of your seat from what you just saw on your TV screen!  As I have said before, I really want to jump into that pond, especially to see my mother, who has been gone for 30 years.  What an amazing concept to think we could time travel to see the live we have lived again thus far.

I was so happy to find out that Hallmark Channel has renewed the time-traveling family drama The Way Home for Season 4, to air in 2026, it was announced on the show’s Instagram account. The Season 3 finale airs tonight, Friday, March 7 at 9/8c.

The Landry family is reunited after Jacob’s (MacPherson) return but everyone is working to find their footing as they acclimate to the new normal. Meanwhile, the pond takes Alice (Laflamme-Snow) to 1974, where she meets and is immediately befriended by a spritely Teen Evelyn (Cecchetto) and meets Teen Colton (Doww) and Teen Del (Tomasone), as she gets a front seat to the start of her grandparents’ epic love story. In the present, Kat (Leigh) realizes her biggest challenges and possibly her greatest adventure is waiting for her at home. Elliot (Williams) must trust his gut when an unwanted visitor shows up, and a jarring revelation leaves Del (MacDowell) reeling.
