What if Sinatra, JFK, and the Mob Rigged an Election?
By Judy Shields
Imagine Frank Sinatra caught in a deadly triangle with Jack Kennedy and mob boss Sam Giancana—conspiring to steal the 1960 presidential election, only to be double-crossed and marked for death. That’s the high-octane premise of Screwing Sinatra, the new gritty crime thriller from author P Moss.
This noir-infused novel blends Rat Pack glamour, Mafia intrigue, and political conspiracy into a razor-sharp alternate history that reads like Hollywood’s darkest “what if.”

Las Vegas entrepreneur and author, P Moss (Vegas Tabloid, The Houdini Killer), has woven together this stunning work of historical fiction based on conversations from ole’ blue eyes insiders including Sinatra’s long-time valet George Jacobs and former JFK press secretary, journalist, and politician, Pierre Salenger. P. Moss is as colorful as the stories he tells, creating an exciting crime thriller based on real-life events in the ’50s and ’60s Las Vegas, with a twist of fabrication, in the dark underbelly of the infamous city’s glitz and glamor.
Join the Rat Pack in this stylish crime-thriller novel that showcases the glitz, glamor, and grime of Las Vegas’ early years from the author who captures the atmosphere of Sin City’s heyday like no other!
“Cards and dice. Booze and broads. When the mob ran Las Vegas in the mid-twentieth century the town had a style unlike any other destination in the world and, as a writer of twisted historical noir, being able to merge off-the-wall fiction with the unimaginable truth of that eye-popping era in my novel Screwing Sinatra was fun. A lot of fun,” says author P Moss.
It’s 1960, and Frank Sinatra, the king of showbiz, is conspiring with Jack Kennedy and gangster Sam Giancana to steal the presidential election. Then, in a mind-blowing twist, Sinatra’s perfect world comes crashing down on him as he is betrayed by JFK and finds himself in the crosshairs of a mob assassin!

I recommend this book to women especially, it’s a great read and you won’t be able to put it down. Great for your “book club” read, since there will be a great deal to chat about. You might need your cellphone handy, as you will find yourself looking things up about Sinatra, JFK, the Mob and Marilyn Monroe, like real facts or fiction, even though you know what you are reading is fiction. I have to say its a “R” rated book, so for adults only. Get yourself a copy at your local bookstore and they make great gifts for birthdays, and for you favorite book reader and especially for the upcoming holidays…Enjoy! Judy Shields, The Hollywood Times
