Los Angeles, CA (The Hollywood Times) 5/23/25 – For over a decade, Jeff Consoletti has redefined what it means to produce Pride—not just as a celebration, but as a cultural force and strategic business. As Founder and CEO of JJLA, the powerhouse production company behind OUTLOUD: Raising Voices, Consoletti has turned West Hollywood Pride into a global standard for what inclusive, high-impact Live events can look like. In 2025, that mission is louder—and more vital—than ever.

“OUTLOUD must be more than top-tier headliners or a great party; it must be a consistently safe platform for queer communities to gather.”

In our exclusive interview, Consoletti opened up about the vision and values powering OUTLOUD 2025, the evolving landscape of LGBTQ+ representation, and what it takes to build events that entertain and empower.

Since launching OUTLOUD in West Hollywood, Consoletti has always aimed higher than just putting on a show. “Every year, I try to outdo what we’ve done the year before,” he said, reflecting on the incredible success of Pride 2024, which reached peak energy with headliner Kylie Minogue.

But 2025 has introduced a new layer of urgency. “The election happened,” Consoletti explained. “There’s a different national tone now—people’s interactions feel different. That undercurrent gave new fuel to our mission.” With LGBTQ+ rights, marriage equality, and especially trans visibility under renewed scrutiny, OUTLOUD has evolved from an event into a movement. “This year, it’s about doubling down on what matters most: safe, visible spaces for queer joy and resistance.”

Consoletti’s knack for blending advocacy with spectacle is perhaps most visible in his approach to talent curation. “We look first for artists ‘of the moment’ musically,” he told us. “But more importantly, those who genuinely champion the queer community—whether they identify as LGBTQ+ or not.”

This year’s lineup is as strategic as it is star powered. From Lizzo, a long-time ally and vocal advocate, to rising queer artist Remi Wolf, and newly announced Friday Night headliner Maren Morris, Consoletti makes no compromises when it comes to aligning entertainment with purpose. “Maren’s journey through country music, her vocal support for drag and trans rights—she embodies what we want OUTLOUD to stand for.”

While Consoletti is no longer affiliated with LA Pride, he remains focused on expansion. “More Pride celebrations mean more visibility,” he said. “West Hollywood gives us credibility—but our next chapter is about taking OUTLOUD to places where LGBTQ+ people need to be seen and heard.”

As OUTLOUD matures into a multiplatform brand, it’s clear that Consoletti’s vision goes far beyond confetti cannons and headliner buzz. This is about rewriting how queer stories are shared—through business, entertainment, and unwavering purpose.

“As long as there’s polarization, our role is to create platforms that affirm queer lives—in West Hollywood and beyond.”

With a sharp eye for talent, a flair for immersive spectacle, and a deep-rooted understanding of LGBTQ+ audiences, Consoletti remains a pioneer in the Live events industry. “Producing Pride isn’t just about celebration anymore,” he emphasized. “It’s a business that has cultural weight—and we take that responsibility seriously.”

Consoletti’s leadership has positioned JJLA OUTLOUD as a case study in what happens when entertainment meets mission. In an era where audiences demand authenticity and impact, he’s proving that the most powerful voices don’t just speak—they echo.

And thank you, Jeff—for reminding us of what Pride can truly be.

Happy Pride. 🌈
