The New Zealand-based reggae-R&B collective KATCHAFIRE got their groove going last Saturday night, July 13, at The Derby Room Pomona at Fairplex and The Hollywood Times was there!
From New Zealand all the ways to P Town (Pomona)…
KATCHAFIRE has shown the roots of Reggae for some time now. Their journey continues with artist like Jordon T and E.N Young to share the vibe movement. The Derby Room welcomed such a movement and positive energy that we the people need. Getting away to our special place, sending love letters and the Collie Herb man. These are just some of KATCHAFIRE hits and many more. It was awesome to katch a fire and move freely as you should. With six successful albums and multiple awards to their credit, KATCHAFIRE continue to expand their fan base as they tour the globe in 2024 spreading their authentic reggae sound. Check out their website for a list of tour dates.

Support acts for this all-ages show from Tangent Productions will be acclaimed reggae artist Jordan T, San Diego-raised roots musician E.N Young, and the soulful, melodic singer Nick Dell. The night’s MC will be Ras Mike from Nug Radio.
