Hollywood, CA (The Hollywood Times) 4/28/25 – On Saturday, April 26, 2025, the Los Angeles LGBT Center hosted the inaugural LA Forever celebration, a star-studded event that brought together community leaders, activists, and celebrities to honor the resilience and vibrancy of the LGBTQ+ community.

Held at the Center’s Anita May Rosenstein Campus in Hollywood, the evening featured a powerful speech by Emmy-winning actress Sheryl Lee Ralph, who captivated the audience with her message of unity and empowerment. The event also included live performances, art exhibitions, and a silent auction, with all proceeds benefiting the Center’s programs and services for LGBTQ+ individuals.
Pauley Perrette’s attendance at “LA Forever” is best known for her role as Abby Sciuto on NCIS and has maintained a relatively low profile in recent years, focusing on personal projects and advocacy work. She has been involved in various charitable activities and public appearances, including a big supporter of LA LGBT Center.

The LA Forever celebration marks a significant addition to Los Angeles’ rich tapestry of LGBTQ+ events, joining the ranks of other notable gatherings such as the upcoming West Hollywood Pride, which kicks off on May 22, 2025, and runs through June 30, 2025.
As Pride season approaches, events like LA Forever serve as a reminder of the ongoing journey toward equality and the importance of community support. The Los Angeles LGBT Center continues to be a beacon of advocacy, providing essential services and fostering a sense of belonging for all.
