Los Angeles, CA (The Hollywood Times) 10/6/26 – The LA Art Show will return to the Los Angeles Convention Center January 6–10, 2027, launching the new year with its 32nd edition and a major new partnership with GLAAD.
As Los Angeles’ longest-established art fair, LA Art Show has long brought together artists, galleries, collectors and cultural voices from around the world. For 2027, that mission expands with GLAAD serving as the fair’s new charity partner and beneficiary, with 15 percent of ticket proceeds benefiting the organization and its work advancing LGBTQ acceptance and inclusive representation in media and culture.
The partnership is an especially meaningful addition to an event built around the power of art to create conversation, visibility and connection.
“LA Art Show has always been about more than bringing great art to Los Angeles — it is about creating a place where cultures, ideas, collectors and audiences intersect in meaningful and unexpected ways,” said Kassandra Voyagis, producer and executive director of LA Art Show.
More than 90 exhibitors from the United States and around the world are expected to participate, representing galleries from Greece, the United Kingdom, Spain, Mexico, Israel, Japan, Taiwan and throughout the U.S.

The 2027 show will also introduce Art Under 10, a new fair focused on emerging galleries and contemporary works created within the past five years and priced under $10,000. Taking place January 8–10 in Petree Hall, the concept is designed to make collecting art more accessible to first-time buyers and younger collectors. Admission will be included with an LA Art Show ticket.
Another highlight will be DIVERSEartLA, which returns with the theme “The Future as a Collaborative Human Experience.” Curated by Marisa Caichiolo, the non-commercial platform will bring artists, architects, designers, cultural institutions and other creative disciplines together to explore how collaboration can help shape our collective future.
For The Hollywood Times, the new relationship between LA Art Show and GLAAD is one we are particularly excited to follow. Art, media and LGBTQ visibility have always been closely connected, and this partnership offers an opportunity to explore how creative expression can continue to move acceptance and representation forward.
We look forward to covering LA Art Show 2027 and hope to speak with Sarah Kate Ellis of GLAAD about the significance of the partnership, GLAAD’s growing engagement with the arts and why cultural visibility remains so important at this moment.
