Nathalie Dubois and DPA celebrated the beginning of Hollywood Awards ‘season in a garden party “DPA Pre-Awards Gift Suite 2025” at The Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel. Nathalie Dubois-Sissoko and DPA were back with their fabulous DPA Talent Lounge in honor of the Emmy Awards.
DPA and Nathalie Dubois are famous among the stars to present brands they find at every corner of the planet: One of the “coup de Coeur of DPA”, found in Tahiti, one-of-a-kind jewelry Miliani Creations which are Tahitian pearls pieces. Selected guests were gifted.
New in the DPA suites, “the Martinique corner” hosted by the Madinina Project presented for the first time. Some unique products made in the French Caribbean Island of Martinique: Kadalys will offered clean skincare banana based- products, that the DPA guests will rave about. Niyah fashion designs presented 100% handmade unique clutches. Chocolaterie Freres Lauzea invited the DPA guests on a journey into the land of cocoa, into their world of pleasures at the heart of the fruits of Martinique & #39 garden. Three rum companies shared the spotlight in the DPA gift suite: Rhum Clément (first established in 1887), created a unique type of rum from Martinique: Rhum Agricole. The DPA guests were able to taste that unique rum as well as discover their banana liquor. Rhum Braud & Quennesson, is the new rum from Martinique and will also offer some of their finest award-winning products. Finally, Rhum J.M was also present in its finest AOC Rum Agricole from estate-grown sugarcane.
Staying in the spirits section, Coit Spirit created amazing cocktails with their three different awards winning tea gins. Above Board Liqueurs, the first plant-based sugar-free liqueur line, was featured as a standalone brand redefining the cocktail experience. Leading the Better-for-You beverage movement.

Dr. Alejandro Junger is a cardiologist, New York Times best-selling author, and founder of The Clean Program. Recognized as “The Father of Detox,” Dr. Junger #39’s programs have been embraced globally in the health and wellness space. Doctor was on-site to dialog with the guests about wellness, and gifted some of his books, and supplements.
The highlight of the DPA event was the presence of Agua Caliente Casinos, promoting its extraordinary world which includes three premier properties. Owned and operated by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, Agua Caliente Casinos has locations in Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs, and Cathedral City, CA. For its sixth consecutive year, Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage received two Forbes Four-Star ratings for The Steakhouse and hotel in Rancho Mirage—making it the only hotel in Greater Palm Springs to achieve such status—and Sunstone Spa earned the Forbes Five-Star Award for the fifth consecutive year. Collectively, the Agua Caliente Casinos offer three entertainment venues, 13 diverse dining options, meeting and event spaces, and expansive gaming floors. Homeboy Industries is one of the largest gang rehab and re-entry programs in the world. Nathalie Dubois was blown away by this charitable organization and invited them to be in the DPA gift suite. New Hollywood restaurant La Nena Cantina also served delicious ceviche, among other items for the pleasure of the DPA guests. As I am a single woman, I was very impressed with Maureen Meehan and actor Katelin Chesna who plays Maureen in the movie “60 dates in 6 Months with a broken neck”. Maureen and Katelin wore sexy matching outfits and both women looked HOT. Maureen was not only gifting each guest a copy of “60 dates in 6 Months with a broken neck” but she was also doing Meet- and- Greets with a sweet personal autograph.

60 Dates in Six Months (with a Broken Neck) is a poignant, personal book that guides readers through the ins and outs of midlife dating after losing one’s soulmate. Boldly humorous and wildly brave, this book will appeal to anyone who has navigated the dating scene, with an organic and satisfying conclusion.
This novel has been adapted to screenplay, filmed, and is post-production with a delightful and funny trailer that has been released. The movie is due for consumption in November 2025.
Maureen Meehan earned degrees in business, education, and psychology before attending law school and becoming an attorney. She now serves as a superior court. judicial officer serving the community of mental health. She has been serving this community for 19 years in a collaborative fashion and enjoys, giving back and helping people. She is an avid athlete who has completed the IronMan world championship in Hawaii as well as 13 marathons, including Boston marathon. She loves to ski, play golf, hike, and play pickleball and she has a wicked sense of humor with an extreme work ethic.

I have to say that I ended up staying at the “LUXE HOTEL” for the weekend and it was the best most comfortable experience. As a reporter I was able to get done all my coverage and have some R&R along the way.
