Tycoon Nazar Yasin Creates Spiritual Wellness-Building App: Sol: Taking Us to The Next Level

By: Amy Diana Ramirez

Northern California (The Hollywood Times) 7/8/23 – Trilingual tycoon Nazar Yasin has created a helpful new app to facilitate significant enhancement in our daily lives and overall health status.  As a psychotherapist who practices Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I find it curious that an established venture capitalist would create such an altruistic app.  Furthermore, the topic of Spiritual Wellness is at the heart of and the essential goal of my professional practice. I was intrigued and had to investigate further.

At 8:30AM Friday morning, I had the pleasure of interviewing Mr. Yasin via Zoom.  With a glowing complexion that radiates wellness, he explained how his inspiration for the app came to pass:

“During the COVID pandemic my wife and I lost several family members and friends, and it seemed like most people we knew were dealing with some form of anxiety and intense feelings of being disconnected and alone. I began looking into the science behind why so many people around the world are feeling this way and learned that new research shows that spiking social issues like anxiety, depression, and addiction can all be traced back to a lack of what scientist’s call “spiritual wellness”. After reading 100+ books and dozens of academic papers on the topic, I decided to team up with a good friend to create Sol, a tool designed to help anyone, anywhere, build their spiritual wellness by connecting authentically with their true self, with other people, and with spiritual wisdom from around the world.”

Spiritual Wellness involves the scientific study of human behavior that is in alignment with the subject’s values and beliefs. Spiritual Wellness tends to flourish as one one’s sense of meaning and purpose in life grows. Practices such as prayer, meditation, acknowledging gratitude, and acts of kindness are all examples of spiritual practices that tend to enhance spiritual wellness and strengthen a semblance of connectedness – to oneself, to others and to one’s creator/ “higher power”/Mother Nature, along with others. Without connectedness, people tend to emotionally wither and/or develop psychological disorders. Sol is a therapeutic tool kit- a kit that works like a preventive prescription for spiritual wellness. According to the Bull Menninger Clinic.” spiritual wellness is the strongest protective factor against depression known to science.” [This fact found me through the app.] Some of the scientists and advisors who have helped to make sure that Sol accurately reflects the latest research includes Dr. Lisa Miller, Dr. Andrew Newberg, and Professor Robert Thurman of Columbia University.

User security is a major aim of Yasin’s. Sol does require inputting one’s name and birthdate. This basic user data is required to generate name meaning, numerology status, and a full quadrant of Zodiac readings (Vedic, Western, Mayan, and Chinese). It is also used to reveal which celebrities and spiritual leaders are most compatible with the app’s user. It might seem far-fetched to include this feature within a book-smart wellness app, but it adds an element of light-hearted entertainment. The app’s logo itself is “warm, bright, & fuzzy”.

Committing to consistently use of such a spiritual wellness toolkit can measurably improve our lives, even with minimal effort. With that change radiating outward, a chain reaction can occur in spiritual growth and wellness occurring in others. Maybe even by default, we can all score more “magic” out of life simply by making spiritual wellness a priority for ourselves.

As an interviewee, Nazar Yasin exudes a clairvoyant vibe. NAZAR means VISION.  Stunning in its appropriateness, vision is indeed key when it comes to this creator. Thanks to his work, we can all widen our vision, connect with spiritually minded people, gain states of radiant wellness, and we may even avoid unwell states.  It seems to me that this visionary is living his best life, and through his app, he may lift others to that level as well.
For this reason alone, Sol is worth checking out.
