Anaheim, CA – November 20, 2025 – The Women’s International Music Network (WiMN) is thrilled to announce the co-hosts and honorees for the 14th Annual She Rocks Awards, taking place Friday, January 23, 2026, at the Anaheim Hilton during the NAMM Show. This highly anticipated annual event honors women who have made a significant impact on the music and audio industries—celebrating artists, leaders, and innovators who continue to inspire and empower others. The 2026 She Rocks Awards promises an unforgettable evening of live music, heartfelt stories, and community celebration spotlighting the women shaping the future of music.
2026 Co-Hosts
Vicki Peterson – Founding member of the trailblazing band The Bangles, known for timeless hits like “Walk Like an Egyptian” and “Eternal Flame.” Peterson has collaborated with artists including Tom Petty and The Go-Go’s and recently released Long After The Fire (2024) with her husband, John Cowsill. She is a 2015 She Rocks Awards honoree.
Alecia “Mixi” Demner – Frontwoman of the hard rock band Stitched Up Heart, celebrated for her powerhouse vocals and electrifying stage presence. The band has toured with rock heavyweights including Godsmack and Halestorm, with a new album slated for release in 2026. Mixi was honored with a She Rocks Award in 2024.

Judith Hill – Acclaimed vocalist, songwriter, arranger, and multi-instrumentalist known for her work with Stevie Wonder, Spike Lee, Prince, Michael Jackson, and more.
Rachel Platten – Platinum-selling singer-songwriter best known for her empowering hit “Fight Song.”
Sophie Burrell – Guitarist, educator, and online personality inspiring a new generation of players through her powerful performances and accessible guitar education.
Rhonda Smith –World-renowned bassist celebrated for her work with Prince and Jeff Beck, her role as bassist for Jimmy Kimmel Live, and her acclaimed solo recordings.
Kay Hanley – Emmy- and Peabody-winning songwriter, lead vocalist of Letters to Cleo, and co-founder of Songwriters of North America (SONA), where she champions creators’ rights.
Michelle Lewis – Multi-Emmy- and Peabody-winning songwriter and co-founder of Songwriters of North America (SONA), leading the fight for fair rights and compensation for songwriters.
Andreea Gleeson – Chief Executive Officer of TuneCore, recognized as a powerhouse in independent music and a driving force for gender equity through her industry-shaping BE THE CHANGE initiative.
Susan Lipp – Owner and CEO of Full Compass Systems, a leading provider of professional audio, video, and lighting equipment.
Lisa Worden – SVP Rock & Alternative for iHeartMedia; Program Director for ALT 98.7 Los Angeles; and host of She Is The Voice.
Lisa MacDonald – Director of Vertical Marketing for Yamaha Corporation of America and inaugural Chair of the Women of NAMM (WON) Council.
Heather Dembert Rafter – A trailblazing attorney in audio and music technology, principal counsel at RafterMarsh, and a powerful advocate for women in the industry through her board service with SoundGirls and the Women’s International Music Network.
Reina Ichihashi – Roland’s Global Product Marketing Manager for Wind Instruments, known for advancing digital wind innovation and uniting technology with authentic musical expression.
