The future of longevity is being shaped by many breakthroughs working together.

That idea hovered over the fourth annual Healthspan Summit 2026, held over two days in West Los Angeles. Across a sprawling program featuring speakers, demonstrations, exhibitors, clinicians, founders, investors, and wellness innovators, the event made a persuasive case that extending healthspan will likely depend on many disciplines learning to speak to one another.

At the center of that conversation is Elias Arjan, founder and CEO of Healthspan Collective.

Arjan’s strength lies in assembling an exceptional range of voices and, more importantly, building connections among them. Throughout the Summit, people moved constantly among scientific presentations, emerging technologies, nutritional approaches, diagnostics, recovery tools, and conversations with the founders behind them.

That movement gave the gathering its energy.

The Summit presented longevity as an evolving ecosystem. Genetics might inform nutrition. New technologies might influence recovery. Clinicians could exchange ideas with entrepreneurs. Consumers could sit down, ask questions, try something for themselves, and decide what felt relevant to their own lives.

Two companies offer useful examples of how different those pathways can be.

SNiP Nutrigenomics, founded by Kim Ressler, approaches wellness through individualized genetic information. The process begins with a DNA sample. From there, SNiP analyzes specific genetic variants and develops a personalized nutrition program based on that individual’s genetic profile.

The underlying idea is straightforward yet potentially significant: people are biologically different, making nutritional support increasingly personalized.

At a Summit focused on personalization, SNiP demonstrated what that concept can look like in practice. Genetic information becomes a starting point for more individualized decisions rather than relying entirely on broad recommendations intended for everyone.

Hydro Heal represented a different side of the Healthspan experience.

Throughout the day, several seats remained available for attendees to sit and try the company’s molecular hydrogen devices firsthand. That hands-on access shifted the conversation. Attendees could experience the equipment firsthand while speaking directly with the team behind it.

Hydro Heal focuses on delivering molecular hydrogen, including via inhalation and in hydrogen-enriched water. CEO Mick Emandi was among the featured speakers at the Summit.

Experiencing the technology firsthand captured something essential about what Arjan has built: an environment where emerging ideas can be explored through direct engagement.

The Healthspan Summit transforms hopes and dreams into conversations, demonstrations, relationships, and personal experiences. Ultimately, the Summit’s most valuable contribution is making such diverse connections. In a rapidly evolving field devoted to extending human longevity, the 2026 Healthspan Summit kept returning to the more meaningful question:

How can people remain healthier, stronger, more functional, and more engaged while living joyous, serene lives to the fullest?

By bringing so many different people into the same space, Elias Arjan is helping answers emerge through connection, collaboration, and shared discovery.
