Palm Springs, CA (The Hollywood Times) 2/8/26 – Last night, Hunters Palm Springs once again proved why it remains one of the most beloved, heartbeat venues in the Arenas District. A sold-out house, wall-to-wall joy, and a dance floor packed with women moving, laughing, and singing along created an atmosphere that felt less like a concert and more like a communal celebration of life itself.

Sean Wiggins took the stage alongside the equally magnetic Vicci Stewart, and from the first note it was clear: this was going to be one of those nights. The energy was electric, the crowd fully locked in, and the music warm, raw, and joyful flowed effortlessly from song to song. Friends old and new filled the room, embracing, reconnecting, and soaking up the moment together.
Adding fuel to the fire was Colin Ryan, Sean Wiggins’ right-hand man, absolutely rocking it on lead guitar. Colin brought power, precision, and pure joy to the stage, effortlessly driving the sound forward while clearly having the time of his life. He was jamming right alongside Sean and Vicci, trading energy and smiles with the two women in a way that felt spontaneous, playful, and completely alive. His presence elevated the performance and added another layer of excitement that the crowd felt instantly.
There was something especially powerful about seeing Sean Wiggins perform with such heart and fire. Despite her long, very public battle with cancer, Sean played with a joy and presence that felt defiant, generous, and deeply moving. Every strum of the guitar and every lyric carried extra weight; not somber, but triumphant. The audience felt it too, responding with cheers, dancing, and an unmistakable sense of gratitude for being part of something meaningful.

Vicci Stewart brought her signature warmth and strength to the night, perfectly complementing Sean’s energy. Together, they created a musical conversation; playful, soulful, and alive; that kept the room buzzing from start to finish. It wasn’t just about great songs (though there were plenty); it was about connection.
Hunters, a longtime woman-owned cornerstone of Palm Springs’ LGBTQ+ nightlife under the stewardship of proprietor Jenn Seymour, was the perfect setting for this kind of night, one rooted in community, visibility, and joy. Nestled in the Arenas District, the venue continues to be a place where stories are shared, music matters, and everyone is welcome to dance exactly as they are.
Sean Wiggins LIVE! didn’t just pack the house, she filled it with love. And on a night like this, surrounded by music, movement, and community, it was impossible not to feel that what was happening on that stage was bigger than a show.
It was a celebration. 💜🎸✨
