Beverly Hills, CA (The Hollywood Times) 9/5/25 – Tonight, a colleague and I had the pleasure of experiencing Wally’s newest showstopper: the “Jamaican Blue” Espresso Martini, a $100 cocktail created in collaboration with Caveman Coffee Co. This isn’t your ordinary martini; it’s a full-blown indulgence.
Made with Caveman Coffee’s rare Jamaican Blue blend, sourced exclusively from the Jamaican mountainside, the drink unveils a complex flavor profile from the very first sip. The rich, velvety espresso base blends seamlessly with hints of black raspberry and tequila, balanced by the coffee’s natural milky chocolate notes. And just when you think it can’t get more extravagant, the cocktail is crowned with a 24k gold flake surrounded a red raspberry, adding both shimmer and decadence.
The result is a cocktail that’s as luxurious as it is delicious. It’s no wonder Wally’s guests may be ordering multiple rounds, after we spoke so much about it and the crowded bar. This martini is smooth, layered, and dangerously easy to drink. It’s more than a cocktail; it’s an experience that combines artistry, rare ingredients, and a touch of Beverly Hills glamour.
With demand already surging, it’s exciting to know that Havencrest Estates, led by Matt Marciano (of GUESS fame and owner of Wally’s), is partnering with Caveman Coffee to release a bottled version, so you’ll eventually be able to enjoy this masterpiece at home.
