Hosted by executive producer and Emmy-winning TV personality Jeannie Mai, the premiere began with a vibrant red-carpet reception where attendees shared in the mission of the series. Following the screening in the Pacific Design Center’s Silver Screening Room, guests participated in a candid Q&A with the filmmakers and experts featured in the docuseries, furthering the conversation around perimenopause education and awareness.

Balance: A Perimenopause Journey, directed by Sadhvi Siddhali Shree and Sadhvi Anubhuti and executive produced by Alyssa Milano and Jeannie Mai, takes an honest look at perimenopause, exploring the personal experiences of those living through it as well as conversations with medical professionals and advocates. The series aims to break down stigma and misinformation about a transitional life stage that affects millions of women.

The buzz from the premiere reflects widespread anticipation for the series, which will be available to stream on major platforms at the end of January. Attendees and audiences alike are poised to join this powerful dialogue at the intersection of health, culture, and storytelling.
