NASCAR in Las Vegas at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway – Day Two

0

The Hollywood Times had an amazing day at the races with infield access to take photos and videos of those fast moving race cars.  WOW, I mean fast moving.   It was a rush to say the least.  The best way to watch a race up close and loud…LOUD.  Who can get tired of that sound of those high-speed engine sounds whizzing by and holding a tablet to shoot some video as you will see in the video below.  Enjoy it, shaking and all!

Next up will be Sunday’s South Point 400 NASCAR Cup Series Playoff Race which starts at 2:30 pm on USA and HBO Max.  Don’t miss your chance to watch the race today at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Las Vegas Nevada.

Here is the schedule for that day:

Saturday’s Xfinity Focused Health 302 Race winner was Aric Almirola. Great ending for sure!

Here are some photos of Aric Almirola doing his winning burnout spins:

Before the race we went over to the Fan Zone to check out what was happening over there with the vendors and Driver merch trailers.  We got our souvenir T-Shirts and some Chase Elliott gear and souvenirs.

We talked with a couple of vendors LV Lights FC Soccer team, Suburban Propane, Zero Fatalities and those wonderful folks at Cracker Barrel, who even gave us a T-Shirt for next year’s Cracker Barrel 400 in Nashville TN for May 31, 2026 as we had the T-Shirt from this year’s race and they were so excited to see that.  We met Taylor and Hannah, two awesome folks and many others.  They provided the food for lunch yesterday which was delicious with fried and grilled chicken tenders, their yummy green beans, mac and cheese and delightful rolls.  Best lunch no doubt!

Here is the interview with Brian Goldsmith, Senior Manager of Sales & Service with the Las Vegas Lights FC Soccer club:

NASCAR driver Number 12 Ryan Blaney talks with media:

Some photos taken from the Focused Health 302 NASCAR race from Saturday October 11th.  What a great experience to be able to be down in the infield. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Here are some videos of those Xfinity race car drivers trying to get into that first place spot.  It was a great race with an exciting win by Aric Almirola.  Don’t miss your opportunity to catch a live NASCAR race in person, you won’t regret it.
