Covering DPA Gift Suites as an Entertainment Reporter has been a catalyst to so many amazing introductions to successful business owners & brands. The last DPA Diamond Lounge on honor of the 98th Oscars, I was able to interview the Chef and owner of Mona Mila Catering, Ara Mkrtchyan and indulged in his savory Armenian Cuisine. The Chicken Kabob with the Armenian, Yogurt/Cucumber, Beet Salad was succulent. Chef Ara and Mona Mila Catering made such an impact with all the A List Celebrities, Award Nominees and DPA Gift Suites guests that he was featured on Network NBC, KTLA. CBS morning news in Los Angeles. Don’t worry my readers at The Hollywood Times although you weren’t physically there, I captured the Grand Opening Exclusive Event and have all the behind the scenes from food, entertainment and found one single bachelor. I am “Only Josie Knows” and I know where the Party is at.

Meet Louisa Sharamatyan (Host of the Party)
It’s been a long time since I have been to such a party. I have to say that I was very impressed with not only the food/entertainment & vendors, but of the moral of the Armenian Community and the support of his family and friends. They all came together to support Ara Mkrtchayn & Mona Mila Restaurant. The Venue had an amazing valet service, where in Los Angeles we all know parking gets one nervous, especially if one has an expensive car. The restaurant is spacious and is in a great location. What I loved the most about the event, was how Armenian men treat woman (Single or Married). Although I came solo to this fabulous party, I felt I was taken care of by the Armenian men. Armenian men take responsibility for woman in their company and not in a romantic way but in a way where you feel as your part of their family and friends. I was very impressed and felt good as a single woman at a party where most were coupled.
Mona Mila Restaurant & Banquet Hall is located at 10315 Zelah Ave, Porter Ranch, Ca 91326. They are opened every day except Monday. They serve breakfast 9-12 pm, and dinner until 9 pm. After that, the Banquet Hall is open. The Hollywood Times would like to thank Ara and family “Mona Mila Restaurant & Banquet Hall” for such a fabulous GRAND OPENING night.
