Hollywood, CA (The Hollywood Times) 4/25/25 — On Friday, April 25, 2025, Michelle Pfeiffer was honored with a hand and footprint ceremony at the TCL Chinese Theatre, cementing her status as a Hollywood legend. The event took place during the 16th annual TCM Classic Film Festival, a fitting tribute to an actress whose career has spanned over five decades.

Pfeiffer, 66, was joined by her husband, television producer David E. Kelley, and former co-stars Dakota and Elle Fanning. The Fanning sisters have shared the screen with Pfeiffer in the 2001 film I Am Sam and the 2019 fantasy sequel Maleficent: Mistress of Evil. The trio is set to reunite in the upcoming Apple TV+ miniseries Margo’s Got Money Troubles, which they are producing alongside Nicole Kidman.​

The ceremony featured a screening of The Fabulous Baker Boys (1989), a film that earned Pfeiffer an Academy Award nomination and a Golden Globe for Best Actress. Her performance as a lounge singer opposite Jeff and Beau Bridges remains one of her most iconic roles. Ben Mankiewicz, TCM Primetime Anchor and Official Host of the TCM Classic Film Festival, praised Pfeiffer’s ability to blend elegance with depth, capturing the complexity in every character she portrays.
