The members of the Kardashians-Jenners have the most followed famous accounts on Instagram, but recent research by Slingo has revealed that their engagement rate is shockingly low.

Kylie Jenner, one of the most followed celebrities on Instagram, recently publicly dissed the platform’s algorithm which prioritises video content and has caused many celebrities to suffer a drop in follower activity. Slingo has looked at iconic famous families and worked out their average engagement rates.

The research revealed that the Kardashian family tree has a total of 49 businesses and brands that predominantly rely on their social media presence.

The celeb families with the biggest net worth, The Kardashian-Wests ($8.08 billion), The Hayek-Pinaults ($7.21 billion) and The Trumps ($3.46 billion).

  • The Sheens have the highest average Instagram engagement rate (4.47%). Amongst the top 5 are also The Pinket-Smiths, The Levys and even The Trumps making them the most engaging families on Instagram.
