I attended a fantastic opening reception of the exhibit titled LIGHT at the Artists Council-Artists Center Thursday evening. Works of art by talented artists are exhibited and for sale at this important home for art in our desert community.

Famed gallerist Merritt Price addressed the audience. One of the art jurors Gloria Ortega also spoke.
