Los Angeles, CA / Rome, Italy – March 10, 2026 – Acclaimed Italian multiplatinum producer, composer, and orchestra director Giulio Nenna unveils his first instrumental solo project with the release of the single and video Luna Nueva on March 13th, the stirring final chapter of his forthcoming album In My Past Lives, out April 17, 2026.
First look at video:
Marking a profound new direction in Nenna’s artistic journey, Luna Nueva explores themes of rebirth, memory, and transformation through a cinematic blend of Mediterranean textures and evocative guitar-driven soundscapes. Serving as both closure and renewal, the track concludes a visual-musical narrative that reflects on personal evolution and creative transcendence.
The accompanying video, directed by Alexander Coppola, stars dancer Giulia Amicuzi with choreography by Mariavittoria Piscione, weaving a symbolic tale of identity and metamorphosis. Venetian masks—representing the many forms and lifetimes we inhabit—become vessels of spiritual transformation, as Nenna’s music bridges the unseen spaces between memory and destiny.
“Luna Nueva represents the end of a journey and the beginning of another,” says Nenna. “It’s a meditation on how every note, every image, every past experience carries within it a seed of renewal. Through this music, I wanted to reconnect with the emotional memory of sound—to rediscover the innocence and freedom that first drew me to create music. This piece is both a farewell and a rebirth—closing one cycle while calling forth the next.”
With over 40 platinum certifications and collaborations spanning Irama, Shiva, Ana Mena, Alfa, Rkomi, and Ste, Giulio Nenna has established himself as one of Italy’s most influential contemporary artists, blending classical precision with modern experimentation. He has conducted orchestras for RAI and the Sanremo Festival, including performances for Irama and Riccardo Cocciante (composer of Notre Dame de Paris). As Music Director for VIVO Concerti, composer for Rockin’1000, and a film composer with Rodeo Drive Productions, Nenna embodies a truly cinematic musical vision that transcends genre and geography.

The forthcoming album In My Past Lives expands on these themes, unfolding across six deeply personal works that trace an emotional journey through identity, memory, and artistic reincarnation.
Luna Nueva will be available March 13 on all major streaming platforms.
