Beverly Hills, CA (The Hollywood Times) 2/3/25 – In a remarkable fusion of glamour and philanthropy, the 2025 Critics’ Choice & Grammy Fire Relief Lounge, presented by GBK Brand Bar, brought together the entertainment industry’s brightest stars to support those affected by the recent Los Angeles wildfires. Held at the iconic Beverly Wilshire Hotel, the event seamlessly combined luxury gifting with heartfelt giving.

After multiple reschedules due to the wildfires’ devastation, GBK Brand Bar partnered with Americares, a health-focused relief organization, to provide much-needed assistance to the victims. Celebrities in attendance actively participated by assembling over 1,350 hygiene and cleaning kits on-site, which will be distributed to those impacted by the fires. GBK’s CEO, Gavin Keilly, expressed the organization’s commitment, stating, “We love to be able to help the fire victims in any way we can through our events.”

The lounge attracted a stellar lineup of attendees, including Angela Bassett, Viola Davis, Casey Affleck, and Mekhi Phifer. The music industry was well-represented with Grammy nominees and winners such as Maxine Ashley, Adam Blackstone, J. Brown, and members of the iconic band New Edition, including Bobby Brown and Johnny Gill.

Guests were treated to an array of luxurious gifts and experiences, with over $60,000 in gifts and trips offered. Highlights included eco-friendly electric scooters from 5TH WHEEL, luxury skincare products from MEND, and exclusive trips to destinations like Turks & Caicos and Fiji.

Culinary delights were also in abundance, featuring offerings from Ike’s Love and Sandwiches, Vuelo Tequila, and Hertelendy Vineyards wines. The event’s ambiance was elevated by DJ Bri Giger’s music and stunning floral arrangements by SIMS Blooms.

This year’s Critics’ Choice & Grammy Fire Relief Lounge exemplified the entertainment industry’s dedication to giving back, transforming a glamorous event into a powerful force for community support and recovery.
