“The Queen of Miami” Hope Gainer Welcomes “Only Josie Knows” to Her TURF

They say that there is light at the end of the tunnel with whatever one is working toward or through. As my readers know, I am an entry level reporter and have been working hard to cover the most exclusive events worldwide and report to you on hot glamorous topics. I would like to report on a topic that is not talked about so much in our industry which is women helping women and Women’s Empowerment and give some HOPE to all types of women on their journey to success.
I have been visiting Miami since 2008 and was introduced to the “Queen of Miami,” Hope Gainer in 2011 through my friend Cindy Guyer who is a beautiful American Model, producer, actress, and restaurateur who I met through my time on the Millionaire Matchmaker on Bravo TV and Playboy modeling. Hope is a busy gal so it was hard to get to spend much time with her, but we remained cordial. She was both Cindy’s Marketing/Licensing Agent and her Real Estate Agent, as well as her friend. She got Cindy both a doll deal for her very own “Cindy Doll” as well as found her a condo to buy in Palm Beach, Florida. Cindy would encourage me to get to know Hope better.
I always tried to learn from Hope as she gets invited to the best A-list parties in Miami, knows all the latest hotspots, and sells the sexiest new real estate development properties in Miami. Hope has a very successful global luxury marketing company and is also a top producing real estate agent in Miami, both under her Hope International company umbrella.
This trip was my lucky charm with Hope, “The Queen of Miami”. Many astrologists predicted 2025 to be a lucky year for my sign of Virgo and “Luck” arrived indeed for my journalism and reporting career. Hope invited me to attend and cover two events with her that were so exclusive that I had to pinch myself to stay in the moment.
The first was a private dinner tasting at the exclusive restaurant Elastika, which is a contemporary restaurant in the modern Moore Building in the Miami Design District offering global fusion takes on modern American fare and cocktails. Renowned architect, the late Zaha Hadid designed the site-specific organic installation inside the restaurant which is amazing to see while eating the unique cuisine. Dame Zaha Hadid is recognized as a key figure in the architecture of the late -20th and early -21st centuries. Don’t worry my readers, here are all the exquisite foods and drinks that I indulged in. The second event was a once-in-a-lifetime dream event, a beauty pageant for Arabian Horses, according to one of our industries top influencers, a former Housewife of New York Bravo series (Housewives of New York) and Inventor of “Skinny Girl Margarita” Bethany Frankel. Bethany said that it was like “White Lotus Miami Edition.”
The event was the inaugural Global Champion Arabians Tour Miami showcase presented by Qatar Airways. The beautiful Arabian horses were competing for large sums of money.
The gourmet food and drinks were catered by Major Food Group. Major Food Group is one of the most celebrated innovative and successful companies in the history of the hospitality business. Founded by Jeff Zalaznick, Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi, MFG has established a global empire that today exceeds forty restaurants, private clubs, bars and hotels, setting a new standard for the industry.
I must say I indulged in some scrumptious sushi that hit the spot and the ever-famous spicy rigatoni pasta. Now to the “Only Josie Knows” part of who was at this super VIP soiree and some insider information.
I have to say that as a reporter I have learned not to be so aggressive and in your face like my previous career in reality tv and playboy modeling. Although I jump at the opportunity to interview A-listers, I try to get insider information without making my guests uncomfortable or myself getting thrown out.
The first A-lister I saw was Bethany Frankel. I have to say she looks better in person and is even skinnier than I would have imagined. She was very well put together and has a glamorous look. I am like three Bethany’s in size, lol. As I approached Bethany, I could tell that she did not want to speak with me. Sometimes Talent does not want to engage, and I don’t take it personally. I told her that my racehorse that gave me everything I have “Only Josie Knows” was the daughter of “Rio Verde” who was trained by Bethany’s Late father Robert Frankel. Robert was one of the best thoroughbred racehorse trainers in American history. I then told her how I love her cooking videos, and I totally believe in her products that she reviews. She was very professional and said thank you, but I could tell she did not want to keep talking so there was no interview to happen there. Sorry The Hollywood Times readers maybe next time… When I was on a Bravo show, I bumped into Bravo Network TV Executive, Andy Cohen and when I asked him how I can move forward he said he sees my career going like Bethany’s Frankel and to work harder and learn patience. I know I need to work harder and maybe one day she will give me an interview.
I did see an Oscar winning Actor, Cuba Gooding Jr. who gave an interesting interview to “The Hollywood Times”. Cuba shares that he has a similar sports passion to “MacGyver” actor played by Richard Dean Anderson.
Then I interviewed Rob Smith who is a political commentator and social media influencer who is very much black, gay and Pro Trump. I bumped into him because he had the same Gucci glasses on like mine. As I saw Bethany walk away from me to talk to Rob, I started to film Rob who was so happy to finally meet Bethany. He then told me it was his manifestation coming true and was so happy to have some video time with his idol, Bethany. Rob is single and is trying to be what he wants to attract. Then I met a beautiful Haitian model, lifestyle and beauty influencer, Janica. I also asked her about her dating life in Miami … See her response.
There were many more A-list celebrities like DJ Khalid, Jeremy Piven, Karolina Kurkova, Flo Rida, Jeff Bezos but I was not able to get to them for an interview. Sting kicked off the entire weekend event with a private concert for the VIP guests on Thursday evening, but I only attended on Saturday for the finals and closing ceremonies. So, I missed my chance to interview the legend.
Flo Rida & DJ khalid performed with an amazing ensemble and it was so much fun! it was a blast. The winner for the Miami Global Champions was” Tasheem PMA” Owned by Theresa Lungwitz of Royal T Arabians.
When you least expect it, the right people pull through. I am very thankful to Hope Gainer, who acted like a mentor to me and gave me help providing entry to this very VIP world in South Beach/Miami.
