A ticketed adult may bring up to one child that is 5 years old and under for free with a photocopy (or a photo on your phone) of birth certificate or valid passport/ID (born on or after May 2020). To receive the complimentary child’s wristband, the child has to be pre-registered here. Then upon arrival at the festival, the parent and child must check in at the LittleRockers tent outside of 3rd Street Gate.

The LittleRockers wristband is used for safety – in the event that a child gets lost, staff can reunite them with their registered parent.

Pre-Register Your Child

Please note for this year’s festival bag policy:

Allowed:

Clear bags made up of plastic, vinyl, or PVC that are NO larger than 12″L x 6″W x 12″H.
Empty hydration packs with NO more than one additional pocket. Water bladder must be empty.**
Small clutch purses and fanny packs (6″ x 9″ or smaller), with no more than one pocket.

Not Allowed:

Any bags that are larger than 6”x9” and NOT clear.

Any backpacks that are not clear.

Any bags that are larger than 12″L x 6″W x 12″H.

Any hydration packs with more than 2 pockets.

The bag policy is subject to change.

For the safety of all BottleRockers, be sure to take a look at our comprehensive Prohibited Items list under the “General Information” section on our Information page before heading to the festival.

Important Items to Note:

You CANNOT bring wagons, backpacks, chairs, professional cameras, selfie sticks or aerosols of any kind including aerosol sunscreen.

You CAN bring empty water bottles, empty hydration packs, blankets, point-and-shoot cameras, GoPros and sunscreen (non-aerosol).

It is important to note that Drones cannot be used on, from, or above BottleRock premises.

The Festival Box Office & Will Call are located at 3rd Street and Bailey Street in Napa. To pick up passes at Will Call, you must show a valid, government issued photo ID.

BottleRock Box Office Hours:

Thursday, May 22: 12 PM – 7 PM
Friday, May 23: 10:30 AM – 8 PM
Saturday, May 24: 10:30 AM – 8 PM
Sunday, May 25: 10:30 AM – 8 PM

Lost, stolen, damaged and tampered with wristbands will only be replaced at the discretion of festival staff. The wristband replacement fee is $30.
