There was not only a MAJOR heat wave in Los Angeles this past weekend in California but also a heat wave in this year’s DPA DIAMOND GIFT SUITE. I mean not only was it super-duper hot, but all the guests and brands were Hot as well “if you know what I mean”. I was immediately greeted by some chic French actresses & producers, and although I was walking into the LUXE Sunset Boulevard Hotel, its actually felt like I was walking down the Champs-Elysees in Paris. As one knows how DPA Gift Suite are run, I started my fabulous DPA Diamond Gift Suite tour.
My first stop was Mona Mila Catering, and let me reveal something about myself, I am not a happy camper when I am hungry. I always my appetite for DPA gift suites because they always have the best food, drinks & cocktails. I was greeted by Handsome Armenian Chef Ara and he not only showed me what was on the menu, but he made me a Chefs plate of his Armenian cuisine. Let’s just say the food was scrumptious.
Don’t worry my readers, I am inviting you to come eat “Mona Mila Catering with me” and I also made a new friend while doing so…
After my lunch, I went to the see the French Chefs Julie Diaz & Mathias Vigliano, husband and wife, for some French Deserts. I tried “French Pankies” (Pancakes & Cookies), all in One with Pistachios and Peanut butter. Tres Bien!!!

I have to say that the coolest part was all the International Brands & Foods that I got to see and experience. Who needs to travel? WELL, I DO BUT I DON’T HAVE THE JETSET BUDGET YET…. I can keep saving my money to travel but until then, DPA DIAMOND GIFT SUITE 26 brought all the INTERNATIONAL BRANDS to LOS ANGELES. Each Suite had a theme. The Japanese Lounge felt like I was in Japan. Eating the Armenian Food felt like I was in Armenia and then the French Pastry Chefs, I had déjà vu that I was in the South of France. As I was getting my makeup done, with Ere Perez, I felt like A “Mexicana” in a tele Novella. It was surely a mini international “STAYCATION” this exclusive DPA GIFT SUITE.
