In 2022, the top 40 celebrities making the most money from their businesses earned a combined sum of $18bn, with their large followings helping them in their business ventures. With this in mind, new research has revealed the top 10 celebrities making the biggest fortunes from their brands.
The team at OLBG have sourced last year’s business earnings of the biggest celebrities to reveal the celebrity entrepreneurs with the largest fortunes. The research also revealed the sports stars with the highest off-field earnings.

The research also revealed the following:
  • Of the top 40 celebrities making the most money from their business ventures, three are a part of the Kardashian family. Whilst Kim Kardashian West and Kylie Jenner feature in the top 10 highest-earners, Khloe Kardashian’s 2022 earnings of $60m are good enough for 39th.
  • Six celebrities making the most money from their business owe some of their fortunes to their beauty brands. These include Kim Kardashian West, Rihanna, Kylie Jenner, Cindy Crawford, Sarah Jessica Parker and Flower Beauty.
  • Roger Federer has been crowned sport’s highest off-field earner, with the tennis player making $90.0m in 2022. In comparison, he earned $0.7m for the time he spent playing on the court.
  • The NBA star with the highest off-field earnings is LeBron James at $80m. This total is $30m more than Kevin Durant’s off-field earnings of $50m who took second place.
