Today, the cast of the award-winning Canadian sitcom, Schitt’s Creek, launched a GoFundMe to ensure vulnerable communities in the US and Canada are still receiving vital food support amidst the COVID-19 outbreak.

The Schitt’s Creek cast will be going live on Instagram daily to entertain their followers and raise as much as possible for two organizations that have been long dedicated to helping those in need: Feeding America and Food Banks Canada.

With growing food insecurity across the nation, food banks are under more pressure to ensure the vulnerable are still receiving vital food support. All funds raised will go to GoFundMe.org, GoFundMe’s charitable and advocacy arm, and will be evenly distributed between Feeding America and Food Banks Canada.
