Long Beach, CA (The Hollywood Times) 06/29/25
Cali Vibes celebrates the connection of its community through positive vibes and legendary performances right on the shores of Long Beach. The 2-day festival fully embraced California’s renowned sunshine while keeping the party going all weekend long.
This year’s highly anticipated lineup features performances by the multi-platinum, 2x GRAMMY-winning hip-hop icon Kid Cudi, multi-platinum, Hollywood Walk of Fame-residents Cypress Hill, 3x GRAMMY winner Ludacris, GRAMMY winner Steel Pulse, Billboard chart-topping acts Collie Buddz, Dirty Heads, Iration, Rebelution, Stick Figure, Slightly Stoopid, J Boog, as well as other stars of the Reggae, Hip-Hop, Ska, and Punk genres DENM, Rome, Shwayze, The Elovaters, YG Marley, and many more!

The 2025 Cali Vibes experience was one for the books. Being that they totally switch up the dates from February to June, really gave it that summer time vibe. The weather was beautiful both days, there were sunny sky’s with a nice ocean breeze which made it very comfortable to wear whatever you felt. Honestly was one of the best experiences we have had attending the festival for so many years, entering the venue was super fast and professional we did not have any wait or problems checking in. A couple changes were made such as them only having two stages now which made it easier to choose what performers we wanted to see. Also being that the festival is a 2 day instead of 3, I personally felt like the lineup was more stacked with reggae artists as it should be. As usual the food stands and bathroom location were placed in position for you to still enjoy the music coming from either stage.
Being able to watch some of our favorite bands was truly a great experience because they never fail to out do themselves. Bands such as Iration, Rebelution, Fortunate Youth, Slighlty Stupid, Stick Figure, Collie Buddz, J Boog, Landon McNamara, Pepper and Dirty Heads all displayed a beautiful representation of instruments being used to make such a powerful sound that really touches the soul. Watching all the performers putting their heart into the music they made really was such an amazing experience, you could see the joy it brought to there faces by seeing how the crowd would sing and dance along to there songs. Other performers such as Cypress Hill, Ludacris and Kid Cudi did such an amazing job with being involved with their audience. They all played a great variety of their music that everyone was looking forward to them performing, definitely pleased the crowd with songs that we all loved to hear.
Over all our experience at this year’s Cali Vibes was something that will not be forgotten. Thank you for the kind hospitality that you continue to show throughout the years, you can be sure that we will be coming back to attend next years Cali Vibes. William Shields, The Hollywood Times
Goldenvoice Talent Buyer, Gaston Leone shared that “as we celebrate the fourth year of Cali Vibes, our goal remains the same—crafting a lineup that reflects this scene’s evolution while staying true to its essence, set against the stunning backdrop of Long Beach.”

This will be Stick Figure’s only Southern California performance of 2025. Slightly Stoopid will unite with their musical family and special guest performers for an unforgettable set with friends. Cypress Hill will take the stage and perform hits from their legendary, multi-platinum album Black Sunday alongside fan favorites from their extensive catalog.
Coming off an electric performance at Coachella 2024, YG Marley, the son of Lauryn Hill and grandson of Bob Marley, will showcase his unique musical talents while paying homage to his rich family heritage. In a highly anticipated moment, Rome, formerly of Sublime with Rome, will make his solo debut in his beloved hometown. Additionally, Landon McNamara, 11th all-time winner of the 2024 Eddie Aikau Big Wave Invitational (“The Eddie”), will take the stage, bringing his passion for surfing and music to new heights.
