Anaheim, CA (The Hollywood Times) 1/23/26 – The Bill Grisolia Band delivered a standout performance last night in the intimate Foundation Room at House of Blues Anaheim, proving once again that blues is not only alive, but also evolving.

Dubbed “The New Blues Revolution,” Grisolia’s sound blends traditional blues roots with modern fire, tight musicianship, and a contagious sense of joy that radiated through the room. From the first riff to the final note, the band was locked in, feeding off a crowd that was fully engaged, wildly responsive, and clearly thrilled to be part of something special during the NAMM buzz.
What made the night even more memorable was the personal touch. Grisolia himself was as generous offstage as he was commanding on it, handing out CDs and T-shirts and genuinely connecting with fans. In an industry week often packed with chaos and credentials, that kind of warmth stands out.
The Foundation Room proved to be the perfect setting: close, energetic, and electric. The audience didn’t just listen, they participated, applauded, and celebrated every groove, making it a true musician-and-crowd conversation.
Bill Grisolia isn’t just playing the blues, he’s recharging it. And judging by last night’s reaction, The New Blues Revolution has plenty of believers.
