Hollywood, CA (The Hollywood Times) 2/24/25 – Last night, the iconic Catalina Jazz Club in Hollywood was abuzz with energy and purpose as it hosted the “Amplify HER: Fierce and Fearless Women for Change” benefit concert. This remarkable event, held on February 23, 2025, brought together a lineup of dynamic female performers, all united to support the She Angels Foundation’s mission of empowering women and girls.

The evening commenced with doors opening at 6:00 pm, allowing attendees to mingle and enjoy cocktails before the main event. By 7:30 pm, the stage was set, and the audience was treated to an array of performances that showcased the immense talent and resilience of women in music. Artists such as Corday, Nita Whitaker, Joan Ryan, Julie Neumark, Kimlai Yingling, and Sunita Param delivered powerful sets that resonated deeply with the audience.
Beyond the captivating performances, the concert served a profound purpose. Proceeds from the event were dedicated to supporting women who have been victims of wildfires in Los Angeles, aiding them in rebuilding their lives and businesses. The She Angels Foundation, known for awarding grants to grassroots, female-founded non-profits, organized this event as part of their ongoing efforts to uplift and empower women in need.

The “Amplify HER” concert was more than just an evening of entertainment; it was a testament to the strength and solidarity of women coming together to effect meaningful change. Attendees left the venue not only inspired by the musical talents displayed but also moved by the collective commitment to support and uplift women facing adversity.
