A vibrant celebration THT co-hosted with KGAY to revive retro beats and community spirit:

Hosted by The LGBTQ Community Center of the Desert last night (Saturday, July 19, 2025), at the stylish event space The 4707 in Palm Springs, All Out spun three decades of dance music from the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s—courtesy of KGAY’s Vincent Corrales aka DJ Galaxy featuring his signature throwback energy. As media partners, we helped amplify the message and soaked in the electric atmosphere.

DJ Galaxy and Milano

DJ Galaxy delivered an epic sonic journey—opening with glittering disco, gliding into synth-pop anthems, and climaxing with high-energy dance hits. The music not only honored nostalgia but kept the dance floor alive. His curated transitions and vinyl flair captured fresh and garaged personalities of each era, energizing the crowd.

George Sinatra,The Centers’ Senior Manager of Events

Guests came dressed to the theme: bell-bottoms, short shorts, glittery boots, and flowery head dresses—all throwing back in style. From platform shoes to parachute pants, the costumes made the night a visual treat.

Aligned with The Center’s mission, the event doubled as a food drive benefiting their Community Food Bank. The “All Out Summer Dance Party” not only danced—it fed families too. That blend of celebration and service embodied community-building at its core.

KGAY 106.5 & 92.1 FM served as the ideal broadcast partner—promoting the event on-air and rallying listeners to #SupportOurStation and the Center’s cause.

DJ Galaxy’s 50th birthday weekend celebration created synergy, with KGAY highlighting each stop and emphasizing community giving.  The crowd also sang Happy Birthday with a huge, delicious cake to the DJ.

Many thanks to Leslie Barclay for providing the libations and to Lynn Hammond for the delightful bites.
