Tonight’s episode was nonstop! I can’t believe what happened. It starts off at full throttle, with Slightly hiding Arthur under his bed. His best friend Smee (Jonathan Ajayi) knocks on the door, and Slightly lets him in, thinking he can conceal Arthur (David Rysdahl). However, Smee sees him immediately. Slightly comes clean and explains that he has to take Arthur to the beach. Remember, Arthur has a Xenomorph on his face!
Meanwhile, Kirsh and Kavaleir (Samuel Blenkin)discuss the situation. Isaac, nicknamed “Tootles,” (Kit Young) has been affected by the fly incident, and Kavaleir is shocked that this happened. Toodles is dead, and it’s unclear if Kavaleir can fix him; he mentions that six billion is down the drain. They review the surveillance footage and discover that a sheep, or lamb, caused the whole chaos. Kavaleir is excited, realizing the creature is far more intelligent than he thought.

Wendy (Sydney Chandler) interrupts them, visibly shocked and angry. She communicates with the alien and rushes to inform Nibs and Curly. She encounters Joe, who tells her about the escape plan; he insists they aren’t being tracked. Curly confronts her about what she told Nibs, who refuses to believe his memory was erased. Wendy seems hostile, and she interferes with the security system, allowing the alien to escape. She plans to take it with her, while Nibs, Joe, and Wendy set off, leaving Curly behind.
Boy, Kavaleir confronts Dame Sylvia (Essie Davis), inquiring about Arthur. She has no idea what’s going on and assumed he took a plane out of there. I’m curious why she didn’t go with him. After all, he didn’t go far, and they’re a couple, yet she seems indifferent to his being fired.
Smee and Slightly (Adarsh Gourav) are dragging Arthur out of the complex when they run into Kirsh. Slightly tells Kirsh that he knows about his interaction with Morrow and gives them directions to the beach. I didn’t see that coming. I suspected he was aware. Is it part of a plan we have yet to foresee? Is Kirsh compromised as well? He appears indifferent to the mutiny and continues on, knowing Arthur has been apprehended.
They drag Arthur to the beach, where they hide from security. Suddenly, Arthur vanishes, and the Xenomorph reappears. They stomp it out, and a confused Arthur emerges without any recollection of what transpired. They walk him to the beach to meet Morrow (Babou Ceesay), and when the egg hatches out of him, it kills him. Slightly and Smee are horrified; Smee believed Arthur would be okay after Slightly lied to him. The alien runs off into the jungle, and Smee and Slightly drag Arthur’s body to the beach where they meet Morrow, who emerges from the ocean with an army. He is disappointed that the alien has escaped and they have nothing to exchange. They are then taken away by Morrow’s forces, as Slightly and Smee initiate Plan B to capture the other alien that Wendy and Joe have taken.

Wendy, Joe, and Nibs encounter Morrow’s soldiers. They are outnumbered, but Wendy calls on the alien to attack, and it does. Joe begins to realize that Wendy may not be the sister he once knew. Meanwhile, Kirsh (Timothy Olyphant), patiently waiting with his own army, confronts Morrow and his forces. Kirsh offers the boys a way to join him, then seizes Morrow and his army; he knew all along. Morrow tells Kirsh, “This isn’t over,” to which Kirsh responds, “Nothing ever is.”

Wendy, Joe, and Nibs finally reach the dock where the boat is located. They are confronted by Prodigy security and Joe’s friends, who remind him that they warned him not to do this. A guard snatches Nib’s (Lily Newmark)stuffed animal, and she retaliates by ripping his mouth out. Another guard shoots her, and the fight continues until Joe shoots her. Wendy is upset and asks what he did, as the security’s guns are pointed at him. He realizes he is expendable, while Wendy is not. In that moment, both Joe and Wendy come to the realization that they aren’t who they thought each other was.
