Internationally renowned singer, songwriter, pianist, actress and producer, Sheléa, is releasing her new Christmas song, “Want This Christmas with You,” which will be available on Friday, November 14 on all worldwide on all major streaming platforms. Sheléa enters the holiday season with her upbeat, R&B festive song that she co-wrote and co-produced with Davy Natha.

The new Christmas tune comes fresh off Sheléa’s recently released 5-track EP titled “Spirit,” also co-written and produced by Sheléa and Davy Nathan. Additionally, Sheléa is currently co-starring in the new off-Broadway play, “OH HAPPY DAY!,” featuring original songs by Grammy® Award-winning Donald Lawrence, written by Tony Award-nominated Jordan E. Cooper, and directed by Tony Award-nominated and Obie Award-winning Stevie Walker-Webb.

The New York Times chose the play as it’s “Critics Pick,” saying “Oh Happy Day! Is a ‘pain-spiked supernatural comedy.’” Performances are being held The Public’s Martison Hall in New York City, and due to its success and popularity, has now extended its run through November 9. Playing Mighty Devine in “OH HAPPY DAY!,” Sheléa is joined by cast members Jordan E. Sheléa’s PBS special, “Aretha! With Sheléa and The Pacific Symphony,” is also airing nationwide, as the singer honors the legendary “Queen of Soul,” Aretha Franklin. The concert event was filmed at the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall in Costa Mesa, California. Conducted by Emmy Award-winning Music Director Rickey Minor, Sheléa performs Franklin classics with the Pacific Symphony and a choir of backup singers including “Chain of Fools,” “Say A Little Prayer,” “Respect” and “Natural Woman.” Check out HERE.
