The Hollywood Times had a conversation with Zach Neil to talk about his newest late-night food delivery business:

Over 88 million Americans use some form of cannabis consistently, but there has been no late-night food brand to feed this growing cannabis culture niche, up until now that LA is to launch Muncheechos in April. Known to be the late night afterparty, Muncheechos combines the iconic persona of Cheech Marin with award-winning chef, entrepreneur and best selling author, Zach Neil, pioneer in experiential dining, with over 30 pop-culture inspired pop-up bars and restaurants across the US. The dynamic duo are putting a fun twist on classic faves, delivered to your door late-night until 3am. With the boom of home services due to the pandemic, the demand for delivery has grown 8000% in the last year, which is why Muncheechos launched as a delivery-only service.

The “stoner food” experience will take your taste buds on a cultural journey across America, Mexico and Asia, creating a true fusion of top flavors, with comforting options ranging from the “up in smoke” cherry wood and hemp Texas-style smoked brisket tacos, to authentic Philly cheesesteaks and Sriracha honey glazed wontons, to red curry and goat cheese naan bread pizzas, and a large selection of sweets and CBD-infused treats as well as vegan options. Even the names of the menu items are relevant with ‘Work Daze,’ ‘Pack a Bowl,’ and ‘Night Sesh,’ to name a few.

Neil says, “With ghost kitchens, we don’t need to invest millions in real estate or expensive licenses, a large staff or fancy building. We simply lease a small commercial kitchen space staffed with 4 people and we are ready to blaze! Instead of 6 months and a million dollars to open a restaurant, we need about 6 weeks and $50k. We will be able to grow fast and open multiple locations in each city, with 25 locations within 3 years and plan to have 4 in LA county within the first year.”
