The financial climate in 2021 witnessed a large surge into real estate by many celebrities and families.  One can learn a lot from celebrities, most of whom have serious money to protect.  So much in the lives of celebrities has changed.  Movies previously made for theater audiences have gone to Netflix and new, unfriendly tax laws in California have seen some celebrities and regular people fleeing to other states, such as Arizona and Texas and trading Pacific beaches for the white sands of Florida.  Now as the new year approaches, it’s fun to look back at celebrity real estate that changed hands in 2021.
