Billy F Gibbons was out and about last week in New York at the sold-out Buddy’s Got The Blues: A 90th Birthday Concert Celebration at Radio City. John Hahn, Shemeika Copeland’s manager, was kind enough to share these shots of the ZZ topper spending time with some of his favorites. He commented, “Of course I was delighted to play Buddy Guy’s 90th. Beyond paying homage to Buddy, a true hero of the blues, there was an additional benefit to our being there: I got to hang out with the lovely Shemekia Copeland and Susan Tedesch, two glamorous blues queens whose artistry I have long admired.”
