I have met many magnetic businessmen through my California ownership in Thoroughbred horse racing. One of them was Bodvár Hafstrom who is the synonym for “Rose Wine” worldwide. He is the founder of ”Bodvár House of Roses”, a premium brand that is dedicated to producing some of the finest rose wines in the world. So, when I received an invite from his publicist “Sicily Cronin” for “PRE NATIONAL ROSE DAY CELEBRATION AT THE 79 CANNES FILM FESTIVAL “I was so excited because Bodvár Hafstrom throws the most fabulous parties with the best Rose, Hors-d’oeuvre, Entertainment, VIP guests and the most important, THE VIBE is Euphoria. The special guest was Portuguese model and actress SARA SAMPAIO who is best known for her work as a Victoria’s Secret Angel from 2015-2021 and for her role as Eve Teschmacher in the DC film Superman. The music performance was by the talented Kate Ryan, a successful Belgian singer and songwriter. Kate is a staple in the European dance-pop scene with over half a billion streams.

I have to say that someone who is a (BTS) Entertainment Reporter, I felt very comfortable at Bodvár’s Rose event. I was not only able to do my job, but also have so much fun and relax, where at The Cannes Film Festival, that is nearly impossible. It’s a nonstop party 24/7!
