I’ve been a huge fan for years! I always thought of Vandoliers as a Punk band. Vandoliers are a unique Texas band, detailing the Lone Star State’s vast and diverse musical identity into a raucous, breakneck vibe that’s all their own. They’re a wild bunch, who whips off their shirts and gives us 1000%. Everyone knows their song, “I’m Gonna Be There (500 miles). They have recorded so many great songs.
After spending much of the last three years furiously writing and recording music, this Dallas-Fort Worth six-piece has a new album out, proving that these rowdy, rollicking country punks are more compelling than ever.
They were a huge hit at the Cannery Hall in Nashville for AmericanaFest. I had the pleasure of meeting Joshua Fleming, who couldn’t have been nicer! The band had all of us on our feet singing and dancing, as you can tell by my wild hair. What a great way to end Day 4 of AmericanaFest. Thank you!!
