Held at the Dolby theatre, tonight’s celebration honored some of the best players, teams and moments in sports during the past year. 23-time Grand Slam Champion, Serena Williams who knows a thing or two about winning an ESPY since she has a dozen in her trophy case hosted the event.  Well, tonight here in Hollywood she was serving up jokes as a first-year host of the ESPY’s.  “It’s been a great couple of years in women’s sports, y’all finally realize that women’s sports are way more exciting,” Serena joked.  Beyond her humor there was a song but no dance. It was a night of high style inside the Dolby theater and outside on the red carpet, along Hollywood Blvd.

Dion Dawkins, Buffalo Bills Offensive Tackle was donning Couture by Sebastian.

The Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, was awarded the Pat Tillman award for service. “I stand here not as Prince Harry, Pat Tillman Award recipient, but rather a voice on behalf of the Invictus Games Foundation and the thousands of other veterans and service personnel from over 20 nations who have made the Invictus games a reality.”

There were plenty of great winners tonight and quite frankly, there were no losers here in Hollywood because 100% of the proceeds benefit the Jimmy V Foundation in the fight against cancer.
