Why did you start this business?
Shawn Majerus: I started the company in March as a way to offset the loss of income, due to the pandemic, that my marketing business provided. Our team was needing income and I had noticed the same thing come up in groups over and over again; people displeased with the national grocery delivery services. The marketing & PR business I had been accustomed to is all about providing great service and helping others. I figured we could take that same principle and apply it to a concierge business to help where needed. Since the day we posted it and launched it, we have been overwhelmed by the support. We have met so many great people and have become friends with several. We take great pride in building relationships and adding value to those that need our services. Everyone could use a helping hand and support right now especially.
We never intended this to be a long-term business but I must say, we stand corrected. We love what we do and who we get to do it for. Our team helps with errands, travel planning, organizing the logistics of home needs such as repair services or cable installation, sourcing nanny services or a cleaning crew and even helping business owners with our Marketing & PR business that we thought was dead on the vine because of COVID chaos.
How is Yep! We Can Do more than a grocery delivery service?
We started out at grocery shopping and delivery because that is what people needed but we have morphed into so much more which has been great. Our team of Concierge service providers are laid off professionals with dynamic backgrounds; marketing, STEM education, entertainment, designers, artists, and more. Eclectic, amazing people with big hearts!
We do offer service throughout the L.A./O.C. area and can do one-off services or a few of our clients have a regular ongoing schedule with us and others have us on custom packages. We totally customize to the needs of folks, if simple shop & deliver isn’t the only thing they need.

A flat fee of $25 plus the cost of groceries, a 3% card fee & tip. We don’t upcharge your groceries or add on additional fees. We even give you the receipt from the actual shopping trip so that you can see our pricing transparency. Well, and to see the savings we found using store rewards, coupons, and deal-skills 🙂
