LAS VEGAS – January 2, 2023 – The 2023 new year is off to a star-studded start at The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails, a hidden speakeasy inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, as the celebrity hot-spot continues to be the place for music stars to visit in Vegas. Last night, Silk Sonic performers Anderson .Paak and Maurice Brown stopped by for a little bit of late-night fun. Brown, the band’s trumpet player took to the stage to join the Sunday night house band, The Wild Wolves, for an impromptu jam session.
.Paak, Brown and their band members, in town for their New Year’s shows at Park MGM, arrived at the speakeasy around 11:30 p.m. The group was seen socializing with other guests while sharing a bottle of Clase Azul Tequila Reposado and enjoying the on-stage performance by The Wild Wolves. Brown took the stage for a surprise performance alongside the regular Sunday night house band, playing the trumpet for an impromptu song. .Paak, Brown and their bandmates departed the lounge shortly before 1 a.m.
The Barbershop is a fully operational barbershop offering a wide range of men’s grooming services. Secreted behind an inconspicuous janitor’s door, The Barbershop boasts a speakeasy-style lounge with a fully stocked bar as well as leather couches and upholstered chairs arranged to draw attention to the stage with live music every night including “Faded Karaoke” every Tuesday where guests can live out their rock star dreams with a live band.
