The Jewish people teach that before your born your destiny is already written in the stars. With that being said including myself I get devastated when I loose opportunities in my life. Easier said than done but I still feel sad when things don’t go my way. Last September my former publicist and dear friend went our separate ways. A couple weeks later she did a fabulous event for the magazine Aspiring Magazine, and I wasn’t invited. Quite the opposite I was vindictively aced out and it was obvious to all our friends and colleagues. I am not going to lie but It really hurt my feelings. I let it go because I have learned that the best revenge is success. Also, I am a little bit older and more mature and have learned that if you plan to keep evolving in the industry burning bridges is not the right route.
However, everything came full circle, while at Jonathan Bakers Oscar Viewing Party. I met the famous psychic and hypnotherapist Tara Sutphen. We became friends and she invited me to her best friends Spring launch party of her magazine. Guess who her best friend is? Cynthia Hudson, owner & editor-in-chief of Aspiring Magazine and she was in town because she was launching the spring issue of Aspiring Magazine
What a full circle, granted it’s been 8 months but now it was time to meet this talented editor in chief and owner of Aspiring Magazine and enjoy her fabulous party and meet some of the most talented people in the industry. The party was held at SkyBar at the Mondrian Hotel in Los Angeles, Ca.
The ambiance was so magical. The sky was blue and the energy was Green! Meaning that everyone was ready for spring and about to bloom. Even world renowned psychic Tara Sutphen said she felt the power of creativity between us artists that night. It was so powerful; Hence the Magazine is called Aspiring Magazine.
What does Aspiring mean? That’s what I asked editor- in- chief Cynthia Hudson and she told me that basically for her it means when people go after their dreams and make them a reality.

My first guest was Latin actress Sandra Santiago who is from Sinaloa, Mexico. If one has watched Netflix and the chain of Narcos series, we all know that there is something special about Sinaloa people especially their gorgeous strong woman.

Glamour Photographer Konstantine aka (Crispy.raw) specializes in nightlife, fashion, and glamour editorials. He has been recently featured in Harper’s Bazaar.
Emily Blushstein (The Medicine Mama) is an advanced Kambo practitioner and psychedelic guide. She said she has lost over 175 pounds from her mushrooms therapy. Also I asked her if her Russian Roots have anything to do with her career in the Mushrooms business.
Elle Brightly, recording artist for pop and dance music charting in Europe. Her mother is her manager and accompanied her at the event. Meet Angela King Twitero. Interesting fact Angela was a former NFL cheerleader for the San Francisco 49ers. She was also a dancer for Kenny Ortega.
Very elegant and beautiful. I asked her if she ever had any boyfriend studs like Tom Brady? Watch the video and see what she answered.
Also the wedding vibe was ever so present. Maybe that’s a sign for me that wedding bells are around the corner. I met Sandra Iskandars who makes bridal wear and beautiful gowns with her style of beads and Mediterranean influence.
Also, celebrity and world-renowned wedding photographer Beshoy Selim. I asked what the magic was to get the most beautiful bridal photo (you will have to listen to his secrets)
I also met designer Kiki Wang, celebrity fashion designer where her designs have been in Vogue, Bazaar, Elle, and many more! She and I will be working on something soon! Stays tuned!
The interview that hit home was with the owner of the magazine Cynthia Hudson. She said that she does not believe that one person must go through only one person solely to meet another. Her events are for networking for all who attend, and her Aspiring Magazine is one big happy family. There is enough business and success for everyone. All in all, I realized one thing “Que Sera, Sera”. It was meant for me to meet my former publicist and former best friend. She was the horse that led me to water and it was up to me to do the rest. She was very good to me for many years, before I wanted and needed more. Sometimes in this industry when things advance for one people turn which was my case! The ironic part was when my career was dead, and I had depression and was sitting in the dumps she was the only one who put me on A-list events where I kept my publicity up and had some amazing romances thanks to her and let’s not forget the amazing gift bags, she would get for me! She even invited me to Cannes Film Festival Last Year! So, with that being said “Que Sera, Sera. What’s meant to be will be. I have to keep moving forward as people come and go in my life. God has his own plans for me and definitely his own timing.
