The filter is a great idea! It collects all the carbon while you get to enjoy the flavor of your flower. I was a bit skeptical at first, thought it would restrict the air flow but it wasn’t bad at all, almost as if it wasn’t even there. After your first pull from your piece you will see the residue build up and know it’s working cause if it wasn’t there all that residue would be in your lungs.
