Married at First Sight Season 15 was California dreaming as we met ten new San Diego singles who had been looking for love in all the wrong places. In hopes of finding their special someone, they agreed to this unique modern-day matchmaking experiment that had them meet their future spouse for the first time at the altar. Five couples met at the altar and said, “I do”, four couples made it to Decision Day and three chose to stay together forever(at least at first.) Check out which couples took the first steps towards forever and which ones took the first step toward the door!

Stacia and Nate- Stay Together

Stacia and Nate appeared business as usual as Decision Day rounded the corner. Throughout the season the couple almost seemed to treat their marriage more like a business arrangement than a love affair.

Aquarius Stacia had Nate sign a postnup, get a tattoo of their wedding date, and check the saying “I love you” box.” But Pisces Nate seemed hesitant to open up fully until he was all in, which kept the two dancing around love and intimacy throughout the eight weeks.

Despite being consistently more stable than their very dramatic costars, the two still seemed to have some doubts coming into Decision Day. A few recent disagreements and heated discussions caused the couple to question whether they could make it in the long term.

However, by the time Decision Day rolled around both felt enough connection and promise in their relationship to both say “I do” once again! Congrats to these two!

Lindy and Miguel- Stay Together

Lindy and Miguel initially seemed like a match made in heaven if not one that was written in the stars. While the two started with a lot of chemistry, eventually it seemed Lindy’s high-spirited Gemini ways proved too much for Miguel’s brooding Cancerian personality and fans watched the two go around and around for the couple’s retreat.

But there was just something about the couple’s chemistry and good-natured ways that brought fans back to team “Migindy”(the name they gave their fake baby) again and again.

Apparently, it did for the couple as well, because both of them ended up happily saying “I do” on Decision Day!

Alexis and Justin- Stay Together….Then Divorce

These two have spent the season fighting like dogs and well—dogs.

Alexis and Justin started out as one of the more promising couples of the season. They had a romantic and wonderful honeymoon, but unfortunately, once the honeymoon ended, the honeymoon really ended.

The couple attempted to set up a meet-cute between their fur babies, Alexis’ dog Newton and Justin’s dog Maya pre-move-in, and things did not go well. Maya ended up attacking Newton! Newton was ok but Alexis and Justin’s relationship never recovered and truthfully neither did the fan’s affection for the two.

Maya was sent off to doggy boot camp in hopes she could reform, but when that didn’t work, Alexis insisted Justin get rid of the dog which resulted in a lot of fan backlash and even the hashtag #freemaya. However, even aside from the dog fight these two’s clashing personalities, astrology, and differing needs in the relationship caused a rocky few weeks.

Fans were just as unsure as the couple themselves probably were going into Decision Day. But when all was said and done, both Alexis and Justin said yes, “yes to time, yes to growth, and yes to you” as Alexis so beautifully worded it.

After which the couple literally went right back to fighting. Later, in a Married at First Sight first-ever moment, Alexis went back on her earlier decision. By the time the couple went to the afterparty, Alexis had changed her mind and decided she did want a divorce after all! So the final decision(last time we checked but with these two who knows) was divorce. What a mess.

Krysten and Mitch- Divorce

Krysten and Mitch have had a bit of a rollercoaster relationship and fans really took notice. Mitch often came across as somewhat uninterested in getting to know the real Krysten instead expecting her to convert to his often-extreme way of thinking and living. She in return appeared to bend over backward and over-compromise in order to make the relationship work.

Mitch also expressed his initial lack of physical attraction to Krysten, and it continued to be a theme throughout their marriage.

These two big issues eventually brought Krysten to her breaking point. Yet the breaking point seemed to be exactly what the relationship needed as they began to be more open, honest, and genuine with each other. By the couple’s retreat things were actually looking up for these two and fans and experts alike went into Decision Day, unsure of which way it would go.

Would the rocky start and differences in lifestyle cause the two to part ways? Or would the couple’s new level of understanding create a connection that could last a lifetime?

When the final decision came, it was a no from both parties. Krysten and Mitch both chose to divorce, but in the most caring way possible; agreeing to be friends, admitting to still caring about each other, but choosing more for themselves and the other person.

Aww. One of the more graceful partings of ways Married at First Sight has ever seen, even according to Pastor Cal. A lovely sentiment and a wonderful way for the two to part ways.

Morgan and Binh-Divorce

Morgan and Binh had a rough start in more than one way. The couple started off at a deficit as Binh tested positive for Covid and their wedding had to be pushed back, putting them behind the other couples.

Then, as soon as these two newlyweds got settled on the honeymoon, their relationship became very unsettled. A misunderstanding sent Binh running to his costar Justin, to disclose details of his disagreement with Morgan. Morgan was very upset but the two seemed to initially smooth things over.

Then just as the couple was getting back on their feet, disaster struck again when Alexis let Morgan know, the gossip sessions between Binh and Justin, had never really ended. Morgan’s Taurus bull nature went on the charge and avoidant Aquarius Binh had a hard time standing up to the accusations.

After several very intense blowups and conversations, the two tapped out well before Decision Day arrived with Morgan saying she was ready for a divorce.

So it’s no surprise these two were divorced but fans did wonder if they would make an appearance on Decision Day. While they did not go through the Decision Day ceremony, they did show up for the afterparty, both looking happy, healthy, and in good spirits. Binh revealed there was no bad blood between the two and they were both moving on with their lives.

It was truly a rollercoaster of a season with some of the couples being on the fence right up until Decision Day and even immediately after as we saw with Alexis and Justin! Although as dramatic as Decision Day was for this season, previews of the Reunion Special look like they get even more heated. The first part of the Reunion Special airs next Wednesday, 5 pm PST on Lifetime.
