About Regina Fridkin:

Regina Fridkin immigrated from former Soviet Union over 40 years ago. She grew up in a conservative Jewish family in Brooklyn, New York.  She graduated from Brooklyn from College with a Business Management & Finance Major and Philosophy and Psychology Minor.  All her life, ever since she was a child, she was very positive and intuitive.  Her mom was always her role model. Her mother taught Regina that the most important thing is to be honest & authentic.

Life is so precious, and we are all only visitors here for a short time.  Regina is here to help her clients achieve a more positive outlook on life by learning to be present. Befriend your Mind! Love yourself and your life. Learn to embrace and take control of your life. The techniques she’s developed over the years while overcoming her own roadblocks were so successful that it motivated her to turn her lifetime passion into a full-time career.

Earlier in 2022 she discovered Reconnective Healing®.  She learned that we all hold within us an incredible capacity to tap into powerful healing frequencies that can be used to bring about greater levels of harmony, balance, and well-being in our lives. She is a certified practitioner who is here to help you obtain your balance and harmony in your mind, body, and soul.

If you have any questions or would like to schedule a session, please get in touch with Regina today!

What is Reconnective Healing:

Reconnective Healing® is a return to an optimal state of balance that results from interacting with its fully comprehensive spectrum of frequencies consisting of Energy, Light & Information™. In fact, recent studies have even shown that this spectrum brings about a distinctly beneficial transformation in our DNA. However, you can receive RH in its highest form when you allow yourself to release expectations. Following this, it restores coherence and harmony in our lives and transforms our bodies, hearts, minds, and souls – physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and in many ways that otherwise may seem impossible.

The scientific community first discovered these new frequencies of healing and evolution following Dr. Eric Pearl’s healings. Today Reconnective Healing is taught by Co-Directors of The Reconnection, Guglielmo Poli, Rob Koenig & the Global Teaching Team.

The Review:

I have known Regina for a short time, and I have found her to be a true authentic person who cares deeply about others, wants to bring out the best in all of us and has a way that will help us achieve the goals and dreams we seek but sometimes disbelieve we’ll ever achieve.

I’ve yet to have a session with Regina but I’m anxious and can’t wait. We’ve talked in depth about myself, my past, present and where I’d like to go in the future and what I found in a short 45 min conversation I felt comfortable and felt a sincere sense that Regina truly was engaged in my pain, my loves, and where she believed I can go in the future. We’ve scheduled a formal session and I’m looking forward to a Reconnective Healing® session with her as I have things in my past that I need to look at and face head-on without fear and I believe Regina can help me overcome those fears.  Fear is simply: False Expectations Appearing Real, right?

The Interview:

Patrick: Thank you for joining me today, Regina, it’s a pleasure.  Welcome! How are you and your family doing now that Covid seems to be abating?

Regina: My family and I are doing great.  Covid seems to be abating, well it depends on who you ask, for some it is still a very scary virus and others took it lightly from day one.  Covid is a virus that affected so many people and transformed our world completely. It forced us to reflect and look inside of us and understand and appreciate of what is really important.  Let me elaborate on that, Covid was manifested by humanity to teach us a lesson.  It’s a very painful lesson for many because many lives were lost to this virus. We were forced to stop and pull away from our autopilot way of existence.  Many people have forgotten what the purpose of life is. We were forced to get more creative, to look within to spend more time paying attention to our daily routine.  Many developed new skills and learned to thrive.

The most important thing that I realized and experienced with my family, friends and clients is that when we allow for our fear to take over, immunity goes down and chances of getting sick increase significantly. By living in the state of love and gratitude we create harmony and coherence in our heart and our immune system grows stronger.  The secret to beat any disease is to honor ourselves, our body, heart and by being aware what we expose ourselves to, such as eating healthy, living happy, being authentic with self, avoiding scandal, judgement and negative news will support your immunity and prevent you from getting sick. I am grateful that Covid gave me the time to reflect on myself without the pressures of the usual 9 to 5 work life; It inspired me to peruse my path. It opened the door for me to use my voice and let others know that life is too short to live out someone else’s dreams.  We need to seize the moment and live in now with love and gratitude

Patrick: Talk to me about your early beginnings:  Where you grew up, what schools you attended, who was your role model, those sort of things but most of all, when you knew you wanted to be a life coach?

Regina:  I immigrated from former Soviet Union over 40 years ago. Grew up in a conservative Jewish family in Brooklyn, New York.  Graduated from Brooklyn College with a Business Management & Finance Major and Philosophy and Psychology Minor.  All my life, ever since I was a child, I was very positive and intuitive.  My mom was always my role model. She taught me that the most important thing is to be honest & authentic.  Always live life without fear.  Fear is false evidence appearing real. Fear is not knowing.  Knowledge and learning opens up the door to make right choices in life.  She thought me and my brother to love and connect with nature and to be grateful for all the little things in life because that is what the big things are made of.

My father made sure that both my brother and I got loan free college education so we can have good careers.  I am forever grateful to my parents for bringing us to America.  I worked for over 25 years in Management and Administration, from operations management in financial industry, to Property Management of large condo buildings in South Florida.  Although it took me a while to do life coaching professionally, all my life I was always guiding, coaching, advising, mentoring, and assisting people in finding solutions and resolving problems.  In 2019, I took classes to better my life. I worked with a coach and realized that when you have someone challenging you, inspiring you and keep you accountable, all of a sudden, I started seeing drive in me that just went to the next level.  That inspired me to learn about this profession. To dive deep and understand that we are the ones who create our reality.   Our mindset determines our actions and our state of being.  Coaching is fun, it helped me see that I can help people change their lives to be happy and thrive.  In August of 2020 my company Ideal Alignment was born.  Basically for a human to be truly happy it’s important to address the physical, mindfulness and spirituality.

Patrick: What are the types of coaching sessions you provide and how can you help others through what you do achieve a more positive outlook on life?

My role as your coach is to help keep my client focused, motivated, purposeful, and accountable.   I am an intuitive coach.  When I work with a person I teach and guide them to listen for their inner voice.

Patrick: Can you please explain all of the services that you provide at ideal alignment?

Regina:

Intuitive Life Coaching – One on one sessions that address the needs of a client, whether it is in Relationships, Communication, Parenting, Love, Money, Abundance, Law of Attraction.  Work on removing limiting believes and creating new empowering beliefs that inspire vision with action.

Career Coaching – Help with resume writing. Assist clients in discovering their superpower and teaching them how to interview and see what is right for them

Home and Work Place Clearing & Blessing of space – Assist with learning to let go of that which no longer serves you.  Creating a clean and organized space for work and living. Cleaning out space energetically and assisting with placement of furniture for best fengshui and energy flow.

Thoughts Becoming Things – I am a certified IP Trainer with TUT organization by Mike Dooley.  At least once a year a hold a group class that teaches people awareness.  Opportunity to learn how to recognize your limiting beliefs and be conscious of how your thoughts create your reality.

Reconnective Healing – It is holistic energy healing working with frequencies.  I am sure you are familiar with microwaves, radio waves and cellular waves.  We are more than just our physical body, we are energy, everything around us is energy, once we understand that we can allow to use frequencies to heal ourselves.  This type of work creates healing where needed.   I act as a catalyst for my client to receive whatever is required by them at the time that they come to me.

Patrick: Talk to me about “Alignment?”  How does it help clarify your core values and priorities and bring a balance to a person you are aligning?

Regina: Alignment is about clarifying who you are — your values and priorities — and removing the noise and distraction of other’s expectations, rather than trying to achieve some unattainable “balance” based on society’s norms and values. It’s finding the flow and letting go of the things that cause friction. It’s seeking an order to life rather than trying to be everywhere, doing everything for everyone. It’s about taking time in to get to know self, feeling healthy, happy, and content.  It’s about being authentic and having integrity with yourself first.  It’s about love. It’s about confidence and knowingness that everything is always has a way of working out. It’s about being in the flow without having to go against the current.

Patrick: How are you different than other coaches, namely, Anthony Robbins, Tom Hopkins, Zig Ziglar, Chuck Warner, etc…

Regina: Anthony Robbins, was one of my first teachers over 25 years ago.  He motivated me to act in my life.  He is an amazing coach.  I even volunteered in one of his events in Dallas.  Everyone that you have mentioned is unique in their own way, we all have same idea with our own personal approach.  I use my intuition in my coaching to inspire my client to initiate action in changing or improving their life or situation. I sense and guide my client and assist them in finding their own way.  There is no right or wrong, everyone has their own way of motivation or inspiration.  “Motivation is a push factor,” as explained in our dictionary. “It’s an outside force that is compelling you to take action, even if you don’t necessarily want to. Inspiration, on the other hand, is more of a pull or driving force. It’s something that comes from within that gets us to proactively give our best effort. I work on inspiration first and then motivation becomes easy.

Patrick: What is it you have found in your career that is the hardest type of person you’ve coached? The easiest type of person?

Regina:  The hardest person to coach is the one who does not show up.  If a person is not committed to taking steps in changing their life or reaching their goals, no matter what you do there is no point wasting time.  I had a few clients who want to have a coach and had no issues paying, however if they don’t do the work, there will be no results.  It’s same approach if you go to the gym.  If you don’t do the work don’t expect to see the results. By getting a membership and not showing up will get you nowhere.  The easiest person to work with is the one who wants to show up.

Patrick: You spoke of having experienced trauma by losing your mobility for six months. What was that experience like and what did you learn from it? How did that singular experience drive you towards your new path? What did you gain from that experience?

Regina: In 2018 I took a fall and broke my right foot metatarsal.   Usually people end up with a cast for 6 weeks, for me it was almost 6 months. And I was in a cast for 3 months and in a boot for another 3, and no weight bearing. How crazy is that? Well, as you probably know everything always has a reason.  In 2013 my mom passed away from cancer in short 3 months since she was diagnosed. At that time my kids were small, I worked full time and my dad became a widow after 43 years of marriage.  I was so devastated by her speedy death and never allowed myself to completely let her go.  I kept myself busy with my life obligations of being a mom, working full time, helping my dad who was not well due to emphysema, being a wife, sister, supportive friend and so on and I honestly did not have the time to figure out how I feel, what I love or what I need.  Like most women my age who are working moms with small children, don’t have the time to think about that.

One day when I was at work, one of my colleagues asked me a question “What do you do for yourself?” “What do you love?” it’s pretty simple questions, however every time I tried to answer it was all about my kids, my husband, my family and at that moment I went blank, I realized at the time that I had hard time answering that question.  I was lost in day-to-day life and responsibilities. I was doing everything for everyone, never asking for help or assistance and then one day on April 15 I took a fall and was forced to stop being all that and forced to rely on and ask for help. It was a serious eye opener for me. At that time my father was diagnosed with lung cancer and was given few months to live.  And that’s when I realized I was having my dark night of the soul. My kids entering teenage years, my father who never remarried or even considered to have another relationship after my mom, was counting on me for support.

It was very difficult time and then one day I met a lady who was a Reiki Healer, she sensed my pain without me saying anything and told me to come to her that she can help with my physical pain in my leg and my back. I lost my job at the time of my accident.  The universe forced me to experience the need to ask for help.  I was always very resourceful, got myself a mobility scooter and was taking kids to school, visited my father, drove to supermarket, and found a way to spend quality time with my father. Breaking my foot was the best thing that could happen to me.

I got a chance to be present with him, my family and myself. To keep my sanity during my crazy schedule I begun to meditate. 10 min am and 10 min before bedtime just listening to ocean waves or calm music really centered me and gave me strength to move forward.  I made the call to the Reiki Healer, and she did help, I had more than a few sessions with her.  My conversations with her and books that she recommended inspired me to learn more about energy and life. In March of 2019, my father passed away on the same day as my mom only 6 years apart.  It took a while for me to figure out what’s next.  I was back doing my property management until 6 months later when I took another fall down the stairs why doing my rounds.  At that moment I asked a question, Why Again? Now left leg, it was hilarious.  No cast, just a boot for a torn ligament. When you are not doing what you supposed to do the universe gives you nudge and you better listen, if not well you know how that goes.

At that time I decided to continue my learning, while still working. I took a “believe” program with one of my coaches and I began slowly to transform my life.  I got a better paying job, increasing my salary by almost $20,000.00.  2020 comes along, people are losing jobs, everything is at lockdown. I am working, and learning.  Enjoying life, kids are at home, my husband is also working in a hospital and yet everything is going better than ever. Love and Gratitude continues to open doors and bring pleasant experiences.  Yes, it’s pretty difficult with all the news. However, I make it work.  Kids had it hard being schooled online, however with me having flexibility with working remote and onsite made me present in what they were learning and how they were handling themselves.  They were leaning and so was I.  Got my certification in coaching, IP trainer, Knowledge Broker with Anthony Robbins and by August 2020 decided to open up my own company.  Still working as a property manager, I started to get some coaching clients and then I started working as a property management consultant.  I build my website, printed my cards, and started to take my first steps as a business woman.  For the past almost 4 years I have invested in myself.

Last year I lost my dear friend to cancer. It was very clear to me then that there is more to it than meets the eye.  Why so many people are dying from cancer? Why in a circle of group someone has been affected of losing at least one person to that horrible monster. I continue my path of study with best teachers, shamans and gurus and I came to realization that the only way to avoid cancer is to embrace leaving happy with being honest with yourself first.  Yes, environment, food we eat and emotions we trap in our body’s create sickness. It creates blockages in our chakras, our energy flow which then show up in a physical level.  In order for us to maintain good health we must be aware that we are more than just a physical body.  Our thoughts, fears and actions create our environment which is then reflected in our health.  Each person should choose to be aware of the power that we as humans possess.  If we operate from the state of love and gratitude we begin to change and influence our health and overall wellbeing.  Awareness is the key.

Earlier this year I discovered Reconnective Healing.  After having done my own reconnection, I got certified with Dr. Eric Pearl as a Foundational Practitioner.   I love working with frequencies and seeing how it changes and heals by bringing us to awareness of observing, noticing, and experiencing.  So excited to share that with the world. Many people truly do not know how to receive. Receiving is in motion of partnership of receiving.  I am so excited for 2023.  We are in the new age where people are waking up to realize that life is not about competition and survival.  Life is about learning our full potential and thriving.  Life is about sharing love and light. If you want to find out how amazing this life can be and need help getting there, please reach out, sign up on my website so you can stay up to date with new classes and events that I have planned to offer in the near future.

Patrick: Thank you Regina for your time and I wish you all the best.

Regina: Thank you Patrick
