The immersive restaurant, named to provide guests a place to create their own enchanted fairytale is set to redefine the hospitality industry.
Fabel Miami was recently honored as Miami’s Best New Restaurant of 2023 by the Miami Herald and acclaimed as the city’s second-best Mediterranean Restaurant. Fabel Miami is here to stay and will be opening its first European location this summer with global expansion plans in place for multiple locations.

The details extend to the custom uniforms designed in partnership with Caravana – the Tulum-based fashion house found at Scorpios in Mykonos, St. Tropez, Ibiza, Tulum, and Bodrum. The Mediterranean-inspired menu, curated from the team’s global voyages, captivates patrons with signature dishes like the Fabel Hummus, Salt Crusted Dorade, Lamb Chops, and of course, the Half Baked Halva Chocolate Chunk Cookie with its own Ras el Hanout ice cream, inviting a symphony of flavors and interactions among diners.

Fabel Miami, located atop the Wynwood Jungle, is open for dinner service Tuesday through Sunday beginning at 6 p.m. and going until the last dance ends. A special weekly Sunday brunch menu will be launching January 7, 2024 from 12pm-4pm.
