Hollywood, CA (The Hollywood Times) 09/09/2022 – Producer, songwriter, and DJ, Dillon Francis has released a new song titled “Goodies.” The new track is a rework of the 2004 song by Ciara. This track is from Dillon’s forthcoming “This Mixtape Is Fire Too,” a sequel to his 2015’s “This Mixtape Is Fire”.
This new track continues what has been a successful year for Dillon, who recently shared one-off singles “Move it” with Valentino Khan and “Once Again” with VINNE. This follows a collaborative EP with longtime friend Yung Gravy, Cake and Cognac. His last LP titled Happy Machine, which includes the “Love Me Better” with Shift K3Y and Marc E. Bassy and more, was released to widespread acclaim in 2021. He is currently on the road across North America, with a recent sold-out show at Brooklyn Mirage.
Dillon Francis has been making waves in dance music for beyond more than a decade now. He bursted on to the scene in the early 2010s with a series of underground hits. Since then he has released a number of widely acclaimed full length projects. Including the 2014 major label debut Money Sucks, Friends Rule. The 2015’s This Mixtape Is Fire made it on the Billboard Top Dance/Electronic Albums Charl #1. In 2018 he released WUT, a Spanish-language LP featuring some of the biggest names in Latin music. Then, in 2019, he released Magic Is Real. The critically acclaimed house album Happy Machine was released in 2021.
Dillon continues to tour the world over and, beyond music, has starred in the Funny Or Die series “Like and Subscribe” as well as Viceland’s “What Would Diplo Do?” Diplo continues to make waves in dance music as time goes on. Listen to his new hit “Goodies” below!
