ClexaCon has always been a community-driven event and we want to ensure the safest possible experience for everyone in our communities. Our latest safety protocols have been determined based on CDC, local, and state guidelines, and are in line with protocols from other community events taking place around the country. These protocols are subject to changes based on updated guidelines from the CDC or other authorities.
Vaccination & Testing
In order to gain entrance to our ClexaCon 2021 live event, those attending must be fully vaccinated no later than two weeks before the event. We’ll be verifying this by checking every attendee’s vaccine card, whether that be the original, a photocopy, or a photo of the card, on arrival. As our events are inclusive and all-ages, exceptions will be made for guests who are not able to be vaccinated due to age restrictions, on medical advice, or inability to access vaccinations. In this case, we’ll require proof of a recent negative test result to gain entry. These guests must present a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of the start of the event to gain entry.
Masks
Face masks are required indoors at all times for all those attending the Las Vegas event. Security at the event will make sure that this protocol is followed. If you are unable to wear a mask for medical reasons, please email us at [email protected]
